To prepare this salad, you need to fry the chicken, fry the onions and fry the egg pancakes too... If after what you have read, you are already afraid! How fat all this is! Then you can stop reading any further!!! And, if this doesn’t scare you, then I offer a recipe for a very, very tasty salad.

For the salad you will need approximately 400 g of chicken breast. We rinse it, then blot it with napkins to remove excess moisture and cut it into not too large and not small oblong pieces. Place the meat in a bowl, add just a little black pepper and salt, mix and leave for literally 10 minutes to salt the meat. You can, of course, not add salt and pepper at all; at the end, you will still need to add salt to the salad, but when fried, the chicken breast seals in its flavors, and if you don’t add a little salt to it, it will be a bit bland in the future.

During these 10 minutes we will have time to prepare egg pancakes, for this we break 5 eggs into a bowl, again add a little salt and pepper, and add 1 tbsp. l. potato starch and flour, and beat well with a whisk.

Now take a frying pan, heat it up, pour a drop of vegetable oil directly and rub it over the frying pan (for example, with a napkin or silicone brush). And then, pour in the egg mixture in small parts, that is, fry as many pancakes as possible... You need to pour in the egg mixture just a little bit, the main thing is that the bottom is closed. Pancakes fry very quickly, literally 30 seconds on each side.

Now we wrap all the prepared pancakes in a roll and cut them into strips, thick, thin - it doesn’t matter, it’s up to your discretion...

We're done with the pancakes, let's go back to the chicken breast... again, take a frying pan, pour 1 tsp. vegetable oil, yes, that’s quite enough, and add the marinated meat. The heat is medium, after 2 minutes the meat will already turn white, after 8 minutes the pieces will be covered with a beautiful golden brown crust, that’s it... remove the chicken breast from the frying pan. And now, right in this frying pan, you can fry onions (1 piece), cut into quarters/rings (also add a little vegetable oil). Next, we put everything we have prepared in one bowl, and be sure to wait for it all to cool down.

It remains to add the last ingredient, this is Chinese cabbage... You can put as much of it as you like, I put 1 small cob in its entirety. The cabbage should not be chopped too finely, or simply torn with your hands.

Mix everything, season the salad with mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste. That's all... Of course I wrote a lot, but the salad can be prepared in 30 minutes! Try it, the salad is amazing!!!

How to make pancake salad with smoked chicken

Making your own pancake salad with smoked breast is very, very simple. Even if you have never tried this amazingly tender and appetizing combination, you should definitely try it. The appetizer is quick and easy to make and tastes great.

Based on the step-by-step recipe with photos, you should immediately start baking egg pancakes. To do this, large chicken eggs are broken into a deep bowl. They need to be salted.

  • Cherry tomatoes – 6-8 pcs. (if the tomatoes are large, take 2 pieces);
  • Green onion – 4 feathers;
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
  • Fresh dill - a small bunch;
  • Salt - to taste.

Making a delicious egg salad with chicken and tomatoes

  • Mix raw eggs and mayonnaise with a whisk, add some salt - you get a fairly liquid mixture.

  8. Add crushed garlic and mayonnaise.

  6. Everything has cooled down enough. I start to collect the salad. I already have mushrooms in my salad bowl. I pour tomatoes in there. And with them chicken fillet cut into strips.
  7. I also cut the egg pancakes into small strips and add them to the salad bowl.
  8. Now add mayonnaise and mix well. It's time to serve the most delicious salad with egg pancakes and chicken.

  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • greenery.

Break the eggs, pour into a deep bowl, foam with a mixer or whisk. Heat the frying pan high and bake the egg pancakes. It looks beautiful if you add greens to the egg mixture.

Arrange semi-smoked chicken, cucumber, scrambled eggs into strips, combine all the ingredients. Add garlic, herbs, sour cream and mayonnaise, mix.

If you don’t have time to prepare complex dishes, you can make a quick salad with sausage and cucumber.

For a salad with cheese pancakes and smoked sausage you will need:

  • 100 g half-smoked meat;
  • 150 g green cucumber;
  • 2 pcs. eggs;
  • 50 g cheese;
  • vegetable oil for baking;
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds.

Preparing the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 1 tsp. ready mustard;
  • 0.5 tsp. Sahara;
