How to cook:

- Smoked chicken breast – 200 g;
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;

- Hard cheese – 100 g;
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves (optional);
- Mayonnaise or sour cream – 2-3 tbsp;
- Ground black pepper, salt - as needed.
- Prepare the lettuce leaves immediately. They need to be thoroughly but gently washed and left to dry.
- At this time, prepare all the components of the snack. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes thoroughly. Dry them with a paper towel.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices, first freeing it from the tails.
- Carefully remove the stem attachment point for each tomato. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.

- no more than 200 gr. smoked breast;
- a small (150 g) jar of canned peas;
- 3 hard-boiled eggs;
- 300 gr. boiled (I won’t mess it up!) rice;

- a bunch of fresh parsley;
- salt;
- homemade mayonnaise sauce.
The homemade sauce for this chicken salad is variable - red (spicy) or white (classic).
For red mayonnaise hot sauce with herbs you need:
- 150 gr. spinach leaves;
- 300 gr. mayonnaise;
- tarragon (fresh herbs);
- a fresh bunch of parsley and the same amount of dill;
- 1 tbsp. l. spicy tomato sauce.
Classic homemade mayonnaise is prepared differently:
- 2 raw yolks;
- mustard, salt, sugar - we select the proportions during the cooking process;
- 0.5 cups of lean (preferably refined) oil;
- no more than a teaspoon of thoroughly cooled boiled water;
- 2 tbsp. l. table vinegar (6-9%) or wine vinegar.
Grind the yolks, mustard, salt and sugar until it foams and changes color. Without ceasing to stir, pour in the oil drop by drop (using the blade of a knife). To prevent the appearance of lumps - 4-5 drops of cold water. Then, in the same way as oil, add vinegar.
Tip: if the mayonnaise has curdled, do not rush to throw it away - beat half the yolk of the third egg and add it to the curdled mass. Mayonnaise straighten out.
Let the sauce sit and in the meantime cut the onion and chicken into cubes. Add finely chopped eggs to them. Pour all this into the boiled rice, along with the peas (without juice, of course). Season with sauce of your choice. Add salt if necessary. Shake the chicken salad well again and form it into a mound in the salad bowl. Crumble parsley on top. You can serve it literally a few minutes after cooking.

- mayonnaise - how much will it take?
- Wash the mushrooms, dry with a napkin, cut into strips.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan, add mushrooms and onions. Fry over medium heat until all the liquid released from the mushrooms has evaporated. Leave the mushrooms to cool and move on to other ingredients.
- Fill the eggs with water, adding a little salt to it. Thanks to this trick, they will not burst and will be easy to clean. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Remove from heat and place under running cold water. Peel the cooled eggs and grate them.
- Wash the cucumbers, wipe with a napkin, cut off the ends. Cut the vegetables into neat strips.
- Peel the chicken fillet, separate from the bones and finely chop.
- Pour the mayonnaise into a piping bag or thick plastic bag. Screw on the nozzle with the narrowest hole (or make a hole in the bag using a toothpick). This is necessary in order not to pour the sauce too thickly on the food - the salad already turns out to be high in calories.

- Separate the chicken fillet from the bones and remove the skin. Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes and place in a bowl.
- Hard-boil the eggs and cool under running cold water. Remove the shell from them. Cut the eggs into the same pieces as the chicken and add to it.
- Wash the cucumbers and pat dry with a kitchen towel. After cutting off the ends of the fruits, cut them in the same way as chicken and eggs, and place them in a common container.

It is not necessary to use champignons; you can prepare the dish with the mushrooms that you have on hand.
You will need:
- chicken breast (smoked) - 300 gr.
- fresh champignons - 300 gr.
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 3 pieces
- lettuce leaves
- mayonnaise
- crackers
Preparation:
- Cut the champignons into thin slices. Finely chop the onion with a knife. Fry the onion until soft, then add the mushrooms and fry together until tender. Transfer to a bowl and cool.
- Cut chicken meat and boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with your hands.
- Place all prepared ingredients in a deep salad bowl. Lastly, add croutons, season with mayonnaise, mix and serve.

- Fresh cucumber – 1-2 pcs.;
- Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
- Smoked ham – 1 pc.;
- Sweet fleshy pepper – 1-2 pcs.;

- Salt - to taste.
How to prepare a delicious salad with smoked chicken and fresh cucumber
Place the chicken eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Place the dishes on the stove. After the water boils, time it for 10 minutes. Drain the boiling water from the finished eggs. Pour cold water over the product to stop the cooking process and cool it faster.
Peel and rinse the cooled eggs (water will remove the smallest particles of the shell). Chop the ingredient into small cubes and then place in a deep bowl.
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken leg. Remove the meat from the bones and then cut it into small cubes. Add the chicken to the bowl with the eggs.
