1. Cut the crab sticks into small cubes; use a sharp, sharpened knife for this work; it will be easier to cut with it than with a dull one.

2. Grate boiled chicken eggs on a coarse grater. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater to make the salad tender. Separately from all the ingredients, grate a fresh cucumber; it will give an incredible smell and freshness to this dish.

To prevent the cucumber from dripping in the salad, squeeze out all excess moisture with your hands.

  1. Boil 1 liter of water in a large saucepan and add salt. Rinse the rice several times with running water. Add rice to boiling water and cook, stirring, for about 20 minutes. It is important to ensure that the rice does not overcook. Advice! A tablespoon of lemon juice added at the end of cooking will give the rice a snow-white color. Place the cooked rice in a sieve or colander and rinse warm! boiled water and cool well, but not in the refrigerator. Pour cold water over the eggs and place on the stove. After the water boils, cook the eggs over medium heat for 10 minutes. To make eggs easy to peel, after boiling they should be doused with cold tap water.

  • Crab sticks – 200 gr;

Cooking process:

Three crab sticks on a fine grater. We divide them in half. We send one part to the salad bowl, and leave the other on a plate for breading.

Squeeze a clove of garlic through a press and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Boil the eggs and finely chop them with crab sticks and cucumber. Let the corn and peas drain well, add to the salad and top with mayonnaise.

Salad with crab sticks, corn and orange

The subtle sourness of orange gives the salad a fundamentally new taste.

You will need:
200 g crab sticks, 3 eggs, 2 oranges, a can of corn, herbs, 2 cucumbers.
Preparation:

Boil the eggs, peel the oranges from all membranes and cut the ingredients into cubes. Mix them, add chopped herbs and, if desired, dress the salad with oil, mayonnaise or yogurt.
