How to prepare salads with corn and funchose, pasta, rollton, mivina

I only recently learned that you can make salads with instant noodles. A friend told me about one of them (with Korean carrots) and assured me that it turned out very tasty. At first I treated this treat with disdain and suspicion, but nevertheless my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try to cook it. And what do you think, it turned out quite edible and even tasty. After searching a little on the Internet, I found a few more interesting recipes that I will share below. All salads with “Rollton” are prepared simply and quickly; I think these recipes will come in handy during the summer season, when you need to prepare something simple, satisfying and quick.

Salad with organic noodles and Korean carrots

Ingredients:

  • Korean carrots
  • Pack of uncooked noodles,
  • Sausage,
  • Cheese,
  • Mayonnaise.

Initially, there was no cheese in the recipe, but I decided to add it, in my opinion, it wouldn’t be superfluous. You can take Korean carrots ready-made or cook them yourself.

Add sausage, cheese and noodles to carrots

Add diced sausage and cheese to the carrots. We knead the noodles right in the package, then open them and pour them into the salad. Season with mayonnaise and leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

Salad with noodles “Rollton” and cucumber

Ingredients:

  • “Rollton” - 2 packs,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 2 pickled cucumbers.
  • Mayonnaise,
  • Sour cream.

Chop the vermicelli and place it in a deep plate. Boil the eggs hard, after boiling, cover with cold water, and then peel off the shell. Cut the eggs and cucumbers into cubes. Mix everything and season with sauce consisting of mayonnaise and sour cream. Add vermicelli seasoning to taste and add additional salt if necessary. Let the salad sit for 15 minutes until the vermicelli becomes soft.

Noodle salad with garlic

Ingredients:

  • Non-ferrous noodles - 1 pack,
  • eggs - 2 pcs.,
  • fresh carrots,
  • a couple of garlic cloves,
  • mayonnaise,
  • sour cream.

Chop the noodles, pour into a plate, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream and mayonnaise, then stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Boil the eggs, then grate them. Also grate the carrots. Chop the garlic in any convenient way. Mix all the ingredients with the noodles, add the remaining amount of mayonnaise and serve!

Step-by-step preparation

The first thing to do in the process of preparing Chinese noodle salad is to boil the main ingredient, that is, the vermicelli itself. Usually it cooks for no more than three to five minutes, so it’s better not to go far from the stove so as not to overdo it. It should be lowered into boiling water, the heat should be low, wait for the required period of time and, after draining in a colander, rinse a little with cool water. This is necessary so that the noodles do not stick together into one lump during the cooling process. Next, place the finished ingredient on the table to dry slightly, and in the meantime, divide the broccoli into small florets and boil for several minutes in boiling water. It is important that the cabbage does not lose its bright green color. This will confirm that the beneficial vitamins remained with her and did not go into the water.

Next, place the noodles in a wide bowl and, after pouring soy sauce, mix carefully, preferably with your hands. In a blender bowl, combine sugar, ginger, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and vinegar with oil. Beat at low speed and pour the resulting sauce over the main product, add broccoli to it and mix again. Next, use a sharp knife to chop the red cabbage and bell pepper into thin strips, green onions into small pieces, and grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater. Add the resulting vegetables to the noodles, add the legumes and mix gently again. Serve the finished salad to the table, if desired, garnish with herbs or slices of fresh cucumbers.

Salad with “Rolton” noodles and sausage

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli uncooked - 2 packs,
  • Cheese,
  • Sausage,
  • Fresh cucumber,
  • Bulb onions,
  • Mayonnaise,
  • Sour cream,
  • Greenery.

The cooking method is identical to the previous ones: chop the vermicelli, cut the remaining ingredients into cubes. Mix everything together, season with mayonnaise and sour cream, add herbs and leave to steep for 15 minutes.

Salad with “Rollton” and canned corn

  • Non-ferrous noodles - 2 packs,
  • sausage,
  • corn or green peas,
  • fresh cucumber or bell pepper,
  • cheese,
  • mayonnaise.

Grind the noodles, add corn, as well as diced sausage, cheese and cucumber. Season with mayonnaise and leave to steep for 15 minutes.

These are such simple salads. I think you've guessed that you can change the ingredients depending on what you have in the fridge and your own taste. Have fun!

Hot Chinese salad

A positive feature of this Chinese salad is its quick and easy preparation. Especially good for unexpected visits and quick meals.

Main ingredients:

  • 100 grams of champignons;
  • half an onion;
  • petioles of Chinese cabbage;
  • 40 ml. sunflower or olive oil;
  • the same amount of soy-based sauce;
  • 20 gr. sesame;
  • sprigs of dill;
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper (preferably black).

Let's start cooking:

  1. Wash the champignons and cut into thin slices.
  2. Cut the onion in the traditional way.
  3. Wash and trim the dill.
  4. Place the fat into the frying pan. The stove must be turned on at high power.
  5. Fry the mushrooms thoroughly and mix.
  6. After four minutes, add the onion, continuing to stir.
  7. Chinese cabbage, sesame seeds and sauce are sent after the onion-mushroom mixture is fried. Do the same for another three minutes.
  8. As soon as delicious and hot aromas are felt, remove the dishes from the stove and transfer them to a convenient container. Garnish with lovely ground peppers and dill.

Recipe 1: Rollton salad (step-by-step photos)

This festive and bright salad is prepared from the simplest and most affordable ingredients, which will not affect its taste in any way. The originality of the recipe is given by the components, which can always be changed at your discretion.

  • Instant noodles/vermicelli - 1 pack.
  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Peas - ½ can.
  • Medium carrots - 1 pc.
  • Medium onion - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 200 grams.

Let's look at how to prepare this quick snack when you have almost nothing on hand. To begin, set the eggs to boil hard.

Carefully peel the vegetables. Thanks to my husband, I have excellent ceramic knives and a vegetable peeler, which cope with this task in no time. You can see for yourself in the photo how easy this is to do.

Now cut the carrots and onions into cubes. It would be correct if they were the same size, but I chopped the onions much smaller than the carrots.

Sauté vegetables in a frying pan. First, bring the onion to a transparent state, and then continue to simmer it along with the carrots until they are soft. Let them cool a little.

Place half of the peas from the jar in a sieve. All excess water should drain off.

Cool the boiled eggs and cut into small squares.

Take the instant noodles, in my case “Rollton”, out of the bag, and the spices... no, don’t throw them away. We are thrifty housewives, so save it for other dishes. In a bowl, break the vermicelli into pieces. I got them very small, but you try to make the pieces larger.

Recipe 2, step by step: salad with Rollton and sausage

You can prepare a delicious instant noodle salad every day. It does not require any exotic incidents - all the ingredients for this dish are always at hand. Yes, and you can put it on the holiday table to diversify the menu. Try it, you will like it!

  • Instant noodles (Rolton, Mivina, Doshirak) – 1 pack
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sausage – 300 g
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Break the noodles into small pieces into a deep plate. Pour boiling water over and cover to steam. Wait a couple of minutes and then drain the water if there is any left.

Transfer to a bowl in which we will prepare the salad and wait until it cools completely.

Cut the boiled sausage into small cubes.

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into cubes.

Finely chop the onion.

For those who do not like onions in salads, or those who cannot have them, you can not add them, but finely chop half a sour apple.

Boil the eggs in advance and cool them in cold water.

Cut into cubes or pass through an egg slicer.

Combine all ingredients, pour mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix well.

Salad with pasta and hot smoked fish

Salad with pasta and hot smoked fish is a real work of culinary art. The pasta in this dish will successfully smooth out the pronounced taste of smoked fillet.

Ingredients:

  • pasta (spirals) – 200 gr.;
  • fish (hot smoked fillet) – 400 gr.;
  • cucumber (pickled) – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • yogurt – 100 gr.;
  • oil (vegetable) – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • vinegar (apple) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard (powder) – 1 tsp;
  • curry – 2 tsp;
  • dill – 1 bunch;
  • salt, sugar, pepper - to taste.

Boil the spirals until cooked. Break the fish fillet into pieces. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into cubes. Mix all ingredients, sprinkle with chopped dill and pour over the sauce. For the sauce, beat the yogurt with a fork, gradually pour in the oil, add mustard powder, curry, salt, sugar and pepper, and add vinegar last.

Recipe 3: Rollton salad with crab sticks

Rollton noodle salad is economical and quick, I also call it a student salad, since it is students, limited by finances and time, who are a lot of culinary inventions. Of course, some will not like this dish, since they will find it insufficiently refined, but this does not change the fact that the salad is hearty, tasty, unusual and simple.

  • Instant noodles to taste
  • Crab sticks 200 grams
  • Chicken eggs 3 pieces
  • Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  • Sour cream 3 tablespoons

Remove the instant noodles from the bags, immediately put the seasonings aside, we won’t need them, but break the pasta itself, crumble it and put it on the bottom of the salad bowl. Pour the indicated amount of sour cream and mayonnaise on top. Leave the noodles like this for 30 minutes or 1 hour, or you can even leave them longer, depending on how much you want them to soften.

Place chicken eggs in a saucepan, fill with cold water and, putting on gas, bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking the ingredients for 10-12 minutes. Cool the finished eggs under running water, then peel and cut into small cubes.

Thaw the crab sticks, if necessary, and peel off the film enveloping them. Cut the ingredients prepared in this way into thin strips or cubes, depending on your desire.

With seafood

If you want a more sophisticated dish, you can prepare a salad from Chinese funchose noodles according to the recipe given below.

You need to melt 25 grams of butter in a frying pan and place two cloves of garlic, cut into thin slices, into it. Wait until the color changes and then take out the garlic with a spoon, and add two hundred grams of sea cocktail to the frying pan (such sets are sold in every supermarket, already peeled and chopped), which must first be rinsed under cold running water. Fry the seafood over high heat for five minutes, always stirring, then add 60 grams of high-quality sour cream, a couple of tablespoons of hot water and, cover with a lid, simmer for no more than three minutes.

After removing the pan with seafood from the heat, place a pan of salted boiling water on the stove, in which we boil the funchose for 4-5 minutes, and then pour the contents of the pan into a colander.

Place the noodles in portioned plates, and picturesquely place seafood in a delicate creamy sauce on top. If desired, the dish can be decorated with a small sprig of curly parsley.

Recipe 4: Vermicelli salad with Korean carrots

  • Korean carrots

Simple funchose salad with meat

Homemade Chinese salad with starchy noodles (as funchoza is colloquially called) can be prepared in a more satisfying version, which will especially appeal to lovers of meat with hot spices. This dish is one of the traditional ones in Southeast Asian countries. It is served not only for lunch and dinner, but often even for breakfast, and is also readily taken as a snack to work. To prepare this meat salad you will need:

  • 300 grams of starch noodles;
  • 700 grams of meat fillet, traditionally take half pork and beef, but you can experiment with the more familiar chicken or veal.
  • one onion and one carrot;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce and vegetable oil;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 teaspoon of a mixture of peppers: black, red and allspice;
  • 1/4 grated nutmeg.

Recipe 5: simple salad of Rollton noodles and tomatoes

A very simple and unusual salad. It will add a touch of variety and add mood with its lightness.

  • Noodles (instant) - 2 packs.
  • Tomato (small) - 3 pcs.
  • Onion (medium) - 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Greenery
  • Spices (to taste)

Without opening the package, break the noodles. We don't need bags of oil and spices, we remove them. Place dry chopped noodles in a salad bowl without boiling water.

Cut fresh, soft, juicy tomatoes into small slices, mix with noodles, salt and pepper to taste, add spices.

Mix very finely chopped onion and chopped herbs (dill, parsley) with mayonnaise and season the salad. You can add garlic.

Mix thoroughly and let stand for about 30 minutes so that the noodles are saturated with tomato juices and sauce. Bon appetit!
