How to make the salad:

Cut the cheese into strips and place in a bowl.

Cut the ham into strips and add to the cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into half-circle slices and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Next, cut the bell pepper into strips and add it to the cooking vessel.

Cook tagliatelle (pasta) in lightly salted water and drain using a colander. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl.

Add a small amount of mayonnaise, transfer the resulting mass to a salad bowl and garnish with dill, parsley, basil and halved olives.

Salad with ham, vegetables and cheese

A very tasty and simple salad with affordable ingredients. Let's say right away that its calorie content is quite high - 841 kcal. Components:

  • 300 g ham;
  • 2 pcs. sweet peppers and tomatoes;
  • 400 g pasta;
  • 300 grams of canned corn;
  • 200 g cheese;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

For this pasta salad (you can clearly see it in the photo), spiral-shaped pasta or cones are most suitable. Boil them and let cool. We cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes, the ham into thin slices, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We combine all the components together and season with mayonnaise.

Chicken and pasta salad recipe

A real Italian salad with a spicy taste. It is incredibly popular in Italy. To fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of this country, I suggest making a dish from spirals or bows.

You will need:

  • Ham – 200 gr.
  • Chicken fillet (preferably breast) – 200 gr.
  • Bows – 200 gr.
  • Tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • A bunch of greenery.
  • Olive oil – ½ teaspoon.
  • Salt, mayonnaise, pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Boil the pasta, drain the water, add a little oil, and stir. Then cool.
  2. Cook the chicken fillet in advance. Also, cool it and divide it into thin strips. About the same size as pasta.
  3. Cut the ham in the same way.
  4. In tomatoes, it is advisable to cut out the seed part along with the liquid, since it helps the salad “float”. Leave the fleshy walls and partitions and divide into cubes.
  5. Place the ingredients in a salad bowl, toss in the finely chopped greens. Add pasta.
  6. Season with mayonnaise sauce, salt and sprinkle the dish with pepper.

Salad with pasta, chicken and olives

The salad will especially appeal to lovers of tender and juicy chicken meat. A dish that will provide energy for a long time.

  • pasta in the form of spirals/bows (200 g);
  • chicken breast (2 pcs.);
  • red bell pepper (1 pc.);
  • red onion (1 pc.);
  • olives (to taste);

  • parsley/other herbs (for decoration);

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet into small pieces, place in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper, mix, and leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Salt the water and bring to a boil. Place the pasta in the pan and cook not until fully cooked, so that it remains a little hard (until al dente).
  3. Peel the pepper from seeds (and, if desired, peel), cut into small strips.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings.
  5. Drain the boiled pasta and leave to cool.
  6. Fry the chicken meat in oil (3 tablespoons), stirring constantly until cooked (3-4 minutes).
  7. Place pasta, chicken, peppers, onions, and olives on serving plates. (You can combine all ingredients in one large bowl.)
  8. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs.

We offer you a video recipe for viewing (the set of ingredients and sequence of actions differs slightly from the proposed recipe):

How to make pasta salad with cucumber

Salted or pickled cucumbers will add a “Russian spirit” to the Italian dish. The salad is hearty and can easily become a complete dinner. It won't spoil the holiday menu either.

Required:

  • Pasta – 100 gr.
  • Pickle.
  • Ham – 200 gr.
  • Cheese – 100 gr.

  1. Boil the spirals in slightly salted water, drain and cool.

Tuna Salad with Instant Pasta

The pasta snack is made in a matter of minutes; the ingredients, as a rule, can always be found on the refrigerator shelf.
Well, if something is missing, replace it with others, or eliminate it altogether. You will need:

  • Small pasta (horns, bows) – 500 gr.
  • Canned tuna - standard jar.
  • Green peas - a jar.
  • Bell pepper.
  • Large onion.
  • Celery stalk.
  • Lemon juice – 3 large spoons.
  • Mayonnaise – 200 ml.
  • Thyme, pepper, salt.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the bows, drain the liquid, wait to cool.
  2. Drain the preservative from both jars and transfer the tuna and peas to a salad bowl. Carefully divide the fish into smaller fractions with a fork. I don’t recommend chopping the tuna too much, otherwise it will be difficult to find in the salad.
  3. Cut the peeled vegetables into cubes and add to the tuna and peas.
  4. Make a pasta dressing by mixing mayonnaise with lemon juice, black pepper and thyme.
  5. Add the cooled bows to the dish and pour the sauce over it. Stir the contents thoroughly. Taste for salt; if it’s not enough, add some salt to the salad.

Warm salad with shrimp, beans, pasta

The recipe calls for shrimp. But the recipe is universal; seafood can be replaced with ham, smoked sausage, bacon, and smoked salmon. Good traditionally cold, but best served warm.

Take:

  • Spirals – 150 gr.
  • Shrimp – 100 gr.
  • Sweet pepper – ½ part.

  • Iceberg lettuce – 1/3 head.
  • Olive oil – 3 large spoons.
  • Green onions - a few feathers.
  • Salt pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Let the spirals cook. When they are cooked, quickly drain and place on a plate to cool.
  2. At the same time, boil the shrimp, peel and cool.
  3. Next, cut the garlic cloves into slices and place them in a frying pan with olive oil. Fry for a couple of minutes, remove. Place green beans in the same oil (cut large pods in half).
  4. Cut the pepper into thin strips, removing the seed box. Send to fry with beans.
  5. After five minutes, add the tomato cubes. Fry for a minute.
  6. Place the pasta in the pan and add the previously removed garlic.
  7. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until the pasta is soaked in the vegetable sauce.
  8. Tear the iceberg leaves with your hands and arrange them beautifully on a plate.
  9. Place the warm ingredients on top, in a mound.
  10. Scatter shrimp on top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
