  • Minced pork - 200 g;

How to cook:

Peel the potatoes and onions. Grate the tubers on a coarse grater, and grate the onions on a finer one.

Break the egg, add flour, a small heaped tablespoon. Salt and season.

Dice the onion, grate the carrots, fry with minced meat until tender, salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Carrots - 1 pc.;
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese - 160-180 g;
  • Flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Greens and sunflower oil.

Preparation:

Step 1

Grind the peeled potatoes, carrots and onions using a meat grinder.

  • Minced meat - 350 gr.;
  • Onion - 1 pc.;
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • Pepper, spices - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking method:

1. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Chop the garlic. Mix onion, garlic, spices with minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

2. Mix the mass well and divide into 6 portions.

How to prepare a vegetable mixture for potato pancakes with minced meat? The tubers are chopped into medium-sized cubes, the peeled onions are cut into slices, all of this is placed in a combine bowl and chopped. To prepare the mixture, you need to use the chopper attachment in the food processor.

I usually use minced chicken, it cooks faster and the composition itself is more juicy. I add onion, ground black pepper, egg and salt to the prepared minced meat bought in the store.
