You should not drink moonshine after the first distillation; it contains a lot of essential oils that can harm the body. Only 2nd distillation moonshine can be taken orally.

After this, tangerines need to be cut into strips, sprinkled with a small amount of salt, pour in about 250 ml of water and cook until boiling. After this, the water needs to be drained and the tangerines rinsed.

Then sprinkle the tangerines with about half a teaspoon of salt, add new water, and cook until boiling. Then repeat this manipulation again.

In the meantime, you can cook syrup from water and sugar. You will need 250 ml of water and approximately 125 g of sugar. Pour water over sugar and cook until sugar particles are completely dissolved.
