After an hour, stir again and let rise. Beat the whites and pour into the dough. If necessary, add flour or a little water depending on the thickness of the mass. Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan.

Prepare the cream:

  • Cottage cheese 8% – 500 gr.
  • Powdered sugar – 5 tbsp. l.
  • Fat sour cream – 250 gr.

Required Products:

  • dry yeast 10 grams;
  • milk 2.5% two glasses;
  • one glass of flour;
  • sugar 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil half a glass or 4-5 tbsp. spoons;
  • two eggs.

Cooking time: 1 hour. Number of servings: 6-8. Kitchen utensils: container for kneading dough, whisk, frying pan.

  1. Take 1 glass of milk (warm) and dissolve the yeast in it, adding one tablespoon of sugar. Set aside in a warm place for half an hour for the yeast to come to life.

To prepare it you need:

  • one can of condensed liquid milk or 250 g;
  • 100 grams of soft butter.

This cream is very easy to prepare. Pour the condensed milk into a bowl. Put butter there too.

Options:

  • You can take a ripe banana. Mash it into puree and add to the cream. Mix everything together well.

For decoration, I decided to use bananas so as not to darken them when placing them in the jelly. To do this, I made balls with a special spoon. The balls were placed in a syrup of sugar, lime juice, water and gelatin. The balls froze perfectly. Once everything is ready, you can assemble the cake. To do this, apply about 1 tablespoon of cream to each pancake. Place thin slices of banana on some cake layers. Coat the finished cake with cream and smooth it out. Can be decorated.
