  • minced lamb - 800 grams;
  • parsley - a small bunch;
  • onion - one large head;
  • peppercorns - 6-8 pieces;
  • table salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon;
  • cumin - half a tablespoon.

Preparation: 1. Peel the onion and cut into medium-sized cubes. Add it to the minced meat. Also chop the greens and transfer them there. 2. Wet your hands so that the minced meat does not stick and holds its shape better. Start making neat oblong cutlets. Place them in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

  1. First we need to peel and chop the onions very finely (into cubes).
  2. Finely chop the greens.
  3. Pour all the spices, salt into the minced meat, add onions, finely chopped herbs and butter. Mix the minced meat thoroughly,
