  • Parmesan cheese – 30 grams;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • Provencal herbs.

Cooking

Cooking time is approximately 40-45 minutes. Rinse the salmon entrails thoroughly under cold water. Remove the blood from the tubules and dry the milk with a paper towel. Grease the frying pan with oil and place on fire. When the oil heats up, place the milk in rows, sprinkle salt and ground pepper on top, add butter and finely chopped or grated garlic.
