Wash the duck legs and clean them thoroughly. To make the meat more tender, marinate it. To do this, mix the juice of half a lemon in a deep bowl and heat it on the stove, but do not bring it to a boil.

Dissolve the honey, mix thoroughly until the honey is completely dissolved. Place the poultry meat in the marinade and cover the top with a plastic bag or film. We remove to marinate for several hours in a cool, dark place. For example, a refrigerator.

As soon as the required time has passed, remove the legs and begin preparing the dish. To cook stewed duck legs in a slow cooker with apples, you need to finely chop one onion.
