  • 250 g butter (more than 80% fat);
  • 580 ml boiled condensed milk;
  • 1⁄2 packet of vanilla sugar.
  1. For a uniform consistency, the butter should be softened first.
  2. Beat softened butter and vanilla in the bowl of a mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Then start adding boiled condensed milk in parts, whisk until the mass thickens and becomes fluffy.
  4. Assemble the cake, coating each layer and sides with filling. You can do this immediately after whipping. Decorate the top part with grated chocolate.

You can replace the “varenka” with condensed cream, add orange zest or banana pulp.

Fortunately, today you can buy ready-made cakes. I suggest baking a wonderful dessert of wafer cakes for tea. This saves effort and time and will definitely please your household. And don’t think that you won’t surprise anyone with ready-made cakes.

Ingredients:

  1. Milk from 3.2% fat - 250 ml
  2. Chicken eggs - 2 pcs
  3. Granulated sugar – 70 gr
  4. Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  5. Starch - 1 tbsp
  6. Vanillin - 1/4 tsp

Prepare custard. To do this, pour the milk into a saucepan, add vanillin and put on fire. Boil.

While the milk is boiling, beat one whole egg and half of the second in a bowl, combine with granulated sugar and mix until smooth.

Add corn or potato starch to the eggs and sugar and mix.

Add a small part of milk (1/3), mix.

As the milk boils over the fire, pour in the egg mixture in a thin stream. Stirring constantly with a whisk, cook until the cream thickens.

Then remove from heat and let it cool.

To prepare the cream you need the following components:

  4. Place the bowl with the total mass over medium heat, stirring until it comes to a boil and remove from the stove so that the mass does not have time to burn.
  5. Cool the cream to room temperature, add the butter and mix thoroughly until it melts and dissolves in the total mass.

  6. When the cream has completely cooled down, spread it over all the cakes.
  7. If desired, add fruits or berries between the layers and decorate the surface of the dessert with them.
  8. The cake can be served immediately when ready or kept in the oven for half an hour so that all layers are soaked.

Just don’t let the water in the pan boil away, otherwise you’ll have to make repairs in the kitchen.

Mix boiled condensed milk with sour cream until smooth. You can use a mixer or a regular whisk.

Grease the finished cakes. Grind the cookies in a blender. Sprinkle on top of the cake. Nuts can be an excellent alternative to cookies.
