  • 4 sausages.
  • Medium bulb.

  • 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • Mayonnaise, salt, aromatic herbs (to taste).
  • Vegetable oil (for frying).

The sausages are removed from the packaging and passed through a meat grinder along with peeled onions. The resulting mass is combined with a raw egg, salt, flour and dried aromatic herbs. The resulting mass is spread on slices of loaf, covered with a thin layer of tomato sauce. Sandwiches prepared using the technology described below have an unusual appearance. The process of creating them does not take too much time. Therefore, they can be a good option for a quick morning snack. To make this simple and satisfying dish, you will need:

  • 5 sausages.
  • 80 grams of hard cheese.
  • 5 buns.
  • 50 grams of ketchup.

The sausages are removed from the casing and cut into thin longitudinal strips. Then they are lightly greased with ketchup. The product prepared in this way is placed inside buns cut in half and covered with pieces of hard cheese. The future sandwiches are placed on a plate and placed in the microwave for seven minutes. They are served only hot, since after cooling they lose most of their taste.
