There are whole legends about the healing properties of chicken broths and soups. And for good reason! These dishes are endowed with special miraculous powers. Almost all doctors prescribe chicken broth during the postoperative period. They do not burden the weakened human body, but saturate it with energy. There is no feeling of hunger for a long time.
A menu of chicken broths with noodles is an excellent panacea for viral diseases and flu. Thanks to them, sputum is removed well from the bronchi and lungs. This instantly eliminates the suffocating cough.
This liquid dish, in some cases, fights the flu much more effectively than even the most expensive drugs. To prevent the flu, add a little crushed garlic to the poultry broth.

We would like to tell you about a very simple recipe for such an integral part of chicken soup as homemade noodles. The preparation process will not be particularly difficult, but the result will exceed all your expectations. The need to buy store-bought noodles will disappear forever.
Progress:
- Sift the wheat flour twice;
- Mix a chicken egg with salt in a separate bowl;
- Gradually add flour to the egg mixture and knead the dough;
- Cover the very “steep” dough with a towel and set aside for 17 minutes;
- Using a rolling pin, lightly roll out the flour tortilla. Grease both sides with vegetable fat;
- Continue the rolling process until glowing;
- Roll the rolled out flour sheet into a log. Cut into 0.5 cm strips;
- Dry the vermicelli directly on the table.
This homemade flour product looks great in any dish.
Cheese chicken noodle soup
Chicken noodle soup, prepared with the addition of cream and chicken eggs, has a delicate taste.
- 300 gr. Chicken;
- 150 gr. dry homemade noodles;
- 2 processed cheeses, 50 g each. every;
- 100 ml cream (10%);
- 2 eggs;
- salt and spices to taste.
Cook chicken broth. Strain the finished broth and place the boiled chicken in it. Beat raw eggs with the addition of cream. Cut the cheeses into small pieces.
Classic chicken noodle soup
Is it rainy outside? Eat a plate of this hot miracle, and bad weather will seem like a wonderful natural phenomenon to you. And this simple recipe will help you.
Compound:
- 100 grams of vermicelli;
- 3 liters of liquid;
- 0.5 kg of potatoes;
- 100 grams of carrots;
- 500 grams of poultry meat;
- One onion;
- A bunch of cilantro;
- Salt;
- Spices.
Cooking time: 1 hour.
Calorie content of 1st serving: 49 kcal.
Progress:
- Wash the bird. Cut into portions;
- Place the dressed bird in the boiling liquid. Cook for half an hour;
- As foam formations appear above the surface of the deposit, remove them with a slotted spoon;
- Salt the broth a little. Add spices;
- Peel and dice the potatoes, carrots and onions. Cook for 5 minutes;
- Add some vermicelli to the boiling broth. Boil it for 6 minutes;
- Turn off the gas stove and let the finished dish brew for a while.
Present this “elixir” in a beautiful bowl with the addition of chopped cilantro.

Preparation
Noodles:
- Sift the flour.
- Fill with water, adding salt.
- Knead the stiff dough. Try to knead thoroughly - the dough should be plastic.
- Cover the dough ball with a cloth and leave for 2 hours.
- After the required time has passed, roll out the dough into a thin, flat cake and cut into strips.
- Brush the future pasta with oil and leave for another 10 minutes so that the oil is absorbed.
- Twist the strips into sausages and stretch them with your hands, fold them in half and stretch them again. You should have thin, flexible strands of dough.
- Finished products can be dried a little before cooking.
- Boil the pasta in boiling water, adding a little salt. They cook for only a short time - about 3 minutes.
- Place the product in a colander, rinse and grease with oil.
Meat dressing:
- Cut the meat into portions, place in a saucepan or cauldron with oil pre-poured to the bottom.
- Fry for a quarter of an hour until golden brown.
- Finely chop the onion, cut the radish into strips.
- Add vegetables to fried meat.
- Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, cut and add to the meat and vegetable mixture. You can use tomato paste.
- Pour the mixture with water and cook over low heat until tender (about an hour).
- At the very end of cooking, add chopped herbs, finely chopped garlic, salt, and spices.
Lagman can be served in two ways:
- Warmed noodles are placed in bowls (for this you need to pour boiling water over them), and everyone adds meat and broth according to their taste.
- Immediately before serving, the noodles are poured with broth, and meat and vegetables are laid out on top.
For serving, it is better to use national dishes - bowls or kes, or any other deep plates and bowls. Lagman is eaten with spoons, but in oriental restaurants it can be served with chopsticks.
How to cook chicken noodle soup: step-by-step recipe
Many of you are ardent fans of this dish. But to cook divine chicken breast noodle soup, you need a good, understandable recipe for its preparation. We present to your attention a detailed master class on a good recipe for such a dish.
You will need:
- 600 grams of chicken breast;
- 3 liters of liquid;
- 100 grams of ready-made homemade noodles;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 onions;
- 5 potatoes;
- Half a sweet pepper;
- Salt;
- Spices.
Cooking time: 70 minutes.
Calorie content of 1st serving: 120 kcal.
Progress:
- Place the washed chicken breast in a pan of cold water. Cook for 35 minutes (until the bird is fully cooked);
- Add a little salt and spices to the boiling broth;
- Remove the boiled poultry breast from the pan;
- Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Add to chicken broth;
- Finely chop the peeled carrots, onions and sweet peppers. Add to the broth. Cook for 8 minutes;
- Place homemade noodles in a pan;
- Cut the poultry fillet into portions and send it back to the broth;
- In 10 minutes your dish will be completely cooked.
Pouring the noodle soup into beautiful bowls, feel free to serve. Garlic croutons made from white bread would be a great addition.

Homemade noodle soup
The simplest version of noodle soup is prepared quickly and easily. For preparation you need a minimum of ingredients.
- 800-900 gr. chicken for broth;
- 200 gr. carrots;
- 150 gr. onions;
- 150 gr. homemade dry noodles;
- 3 liters of water;
- salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste.
Cook chicken broth. Remove the finished bird and let it cool slightly. Then we kill the skin and bones, and cut the meat into small pieces. Dip the meat into the strained broth.
Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots. If the soup base turns out to be greasy, then you shouldn’t fry the vegetables; just put them in boiling salted broth. If the base was cooked on breasts and there is little fat in it, you can sauté the vegetables in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Five minutes after adding vegetables to the soup, add homemade noodles and cook until tender. It is important not to overcook, otherwise the dish will turn into mush. Serve the noodle soup, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
Chicken soup with homemade noodles and eggs in a slow cooker
Did your husband give you a multicooker for March 8th? Then it's time to pamper him with a delicious soup. The recipe for making it is simply simple.
Compound:
- 900 grams of chicken thighs;
- 200 grams of homemade noodles;
- 2 liters of liquid;
- 4 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 chicken egg;
- Bay leaf;
- Salt;
- Spices.
Cooking time: 90 minutes.

Progress:
- Wash the thigh portion of the bird. Remove fat and skin;
- Pour 2 liters of liquid into the multicooker bowl. Place chicken thighs in it;
- Set the display to “Steam” mode (15 minutes);
- Finely chop the peeled vegetables;
- Remove the foam from the surface of the chicken broth and add salt, spices and chopped vegetables;
- Next, set the “Extinguishing” mode. Cook for 60 minutes;
- After the “Stop” signal, add homemade vermicelli and bay leaves to the broth;
- In the “Warming” mode, let the noodles swell.
Before serving, place thin slices of boiled egg in each bowl of soup.

Noodle soup with mushrooms
The soup turns out fragrant if you cook it with mushrooms, chicken and noodles.
- 2 chicken breasts on the bone;
- 300 gr. champignons;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 150 gr. dry homemade noodles;
- salt, black pepper to taste;
- finely chopped dill for serving.
Cook broth from chicken breasts. While it is cooking, we fry it by frying chopped onions and finely grated carrots in a small amount of oil. When the vegetables are ready, add the chopped champignons. Cook until the liquid released by the mushrooms has completely evaporated.
Into the broth we put chicken meat, removed from the bones and cut into pieces, homemade noodles and frying. Salt and season to taste. Cook until the noodles are ready. Season with fresh herbs.
How to make English chicken soup with homemade noodles

- 1 small chicken carcass;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 celery;
- Half an onion;
- 1 tsp. salt;

- A bunch of cilantro;
- Two processed cheeses;
Cooking time: 1 hour.

Progress:
- Wash the chicken carcass thoroughly. Take it apart into separate parts. Place in a deep saucepan. Fill with 4 liters of liquid;
- Cook for half an hour. Skim foam from the surface of the water from time to time;
- Remove the cooked bird from the broth into a separate bowl;
- Remove all meat from the bone part of the carcass. Place the bones back into the pan with the broth. Cook for 45 minutes over low heat;
- Finely chop the carrots and celery;
- Remove the seeds from the pan and place the vegetables in their place;
- Season the broth with salt, white pepper, turmeric, thyme and cilantro. Cook for 10 minutes;
- Add poultry pieces and homemade vermicelli to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes;
- Place two melted cheeses into the pan. Dissolve them thoroughly.

- The recipe, as mentioned above, allows the use of store-bought pasta, but the soup will be truly delicious with homemade noodles.
- The most suitable vessel for preparing soup is a cauldron. If you don’t have one, you can use a pan with thick walls. It is best if the cookware is cast iron - this will ensure even heating of the prepared food.
- During cooking, homemade pasta does not need to be stirred - it will not have time to stick together in 3 minutes. Immediately remove, drain and rinse.
- A good addition to the meat dressing recipe would be wild garlic, cumin, basil and cilantro.
- Lagman can be prepared both as a first and as a second course - it all depends on the thickness of the dressing and the amount of broth.
