- 3 liters of water
- 1 kg beef with bone
- 500 g potatoes
- 0.5 kg cabbage

First we need to cook the base for cabbage soup - beef broth.
Pour water into a saucepan, place a piece of beef with a bone in it and bring to a boil.
Be sure to remove the foam that forms when the broth boils, otherwise it will be cloudy.

After 1 hour 20 minutes, add the whole onion to the broth and cook for another 30 minutes with the lid closed.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Place the onion in it and fry for 5 minutes.
