Minced chum salmon cutlets - recipe in a frying pan

  7. Fry in well-heated oil in a frying pan. Fry the bottom side over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  8. After turning it over, reduce the flame power. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook the meatballs for another 3-4 minutes.

You will need:

Chum salmon cutlets with cheese

The cutlets will turn out very tender, with a creamy taste.

You will need:

  • Fish fillet – 700 gr.
  • Processed cheese – 150 gr.
  • White bread - a couple of slices.
  • Bulb.
  • Egg.
  • Milk – 50 ml.
  • Dill – 3-4 sprigs.
  • Breadcrumbs - a handful.
  • Oil, fish seasonings, salt, pepper.

How to fry:

  1. Soak stale bread with milk.
  2. Make minced meat from fish fillet, onion, cut into pieces, and squeezed out bread, passing the products through a meat grinder.
  3. Chop the dill and add it to the mince. Add chopped dill.
  4. Processed cheese must be crushed. I recommend freezing it a little first, keeping it in the freezer for about 10 minutes, and then grate it into crumbs, or cut it into tiny cubes.
  5. Salt the minced meat, season with fish spices and pepper. Mix well again.

The most delicious chum salmon cutlets in the oven

You won't have to stand at the stove for long if you decide to bake the meatballs in the oven. In principle, you can use all the recipes from the selection for cooking in the oven. Here I offer a popular variation with garlic and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Chum salmon – 2 fillets.
  • Cheese, hard – 100 gr.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 40 ml.
  • Breadcrumbs – 100 gr.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Fresh herbs, salt.

How to bake:

  1. Transfer the sour cream into a bowl, add crushed garlic, chopped herbs, and salt. Stir.
  2. Make minced chum salmon fillet, add one egg and seasonings. Make the balls.
  3. Bread them first with beaten egg, then with breadcrumbs.
  4. Quickly fry in a frying pan.
  5. Place in a heat-resistant form in rows, pour in sour cream. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180 o C, turning on the timer for 25-30 minutes. The finished dish should have an appetizing cheese crust.

If you put a piece of butter inside the dough, the meatballs will turn out much juicier.

Meatball soup

If you don't know what you can make from minced pike, pay attention to this simple dish. Light, healthy, tasty and low in calories.

For the recipe you will need:

  • 800 g fish;
  • a couple of onions and tomatoes;
  • garlic clove;
  • a small piece of ginger;
  • 100 g pumpkin;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt and green onions.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Separate the pulp from the bones.
  2. Make minced meat from half.
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger.
  4. Add salt, beat in the egg and mix.
  5. Roll into small meatballs.
  6. Cut the pumpkin and tomatoes into thin slices.

  1. Chop the cabbage into thin and short strips, fry in a frying pan with a drop of oil, and cool.

Semolina adds volume to the meatballs and binds all the ingredients together.

We take:

  • Chum salmon fillet – 500 gr.
  • Semolina -100 gr.
  • Onion.
  • Egg.
  • Butter – 40 gr.
  • Full-fat milk or cream – 100 ml.
  • Oil, salt, ground pepper.

Fry:

  1. Pour cold milk or cream over the semolina. Stir, set aside until swelling.
  2. Chop the onion and sauté in butter until transparent. Then transfer to a plate and cool.
  3. Scroll through the fish fillet along with the fried onions.
  4. Add swollen semolina, egg, salt, and your favorite fish seasonings. Knead the minced meat. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes so that the components bind together.
  5. Form cutlets, fry on both sides until beautifully browned. Cooking time depends on the size of the workpiece mass. As a rule, does not exceed 3-4 minutes on each side.

Potato pies with pike

For the pies you will need:

  • 600 g fillet;
  • 9 potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • bulb;
  • 1 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter and ghee;
  • 400 g sour cream;
  • herbs, salt and ground pepper.

For the sauce you need to take:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour and butter;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. First the sauce is made. Dilute the flour with some warm milk and mix.
  2. Add the rest, add salt and sugar. Boil for 10 minutes.

  • Canned chum salmon in its own juice – 250-300 gr.
  • Onion – 2 medium heads.
  • Carrot.
  • Semolina – ½ cup.
  • Flour – 100 gr.
  • Egg.
  • For decoration, parsley sprigs and lettuce leaves.

Preparation:

  1. Place the canned fish in a bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork.
  2. Pour in the semolina and continue to grind the mixture until smooth. Leave to stand on the table for about a quarter of an hour for the cereal to swell.
  3. Chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots with large shavings.
  4. Fry in enough oil, cool, and add to mince.
  5. Add the egg yolks separately first. Stir the mixture. Then add the protein and carefully knead the minced meat again.
  6. Form semi-finished fish cakes of medium size. I don’t recommend making large pieces; they often fall apart when frying, despite the semolina.
  7. Bread the pieces with flour, fry in a frying pan until the meatballs are completely cooked. When a golden brown crust appears, pierce the cutlets with a knife. The released clear juice will indicate readiness.

Chopped chum salmon cutlets - very tasty

Chopped cutlets have their own fans. The recipe is suitable for preparing a dish from any fish.

Necessary:

  • Chum salmon fillet – 500 gr.
  • Eggs - a couple.
  • Cheese, hard – 100 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 large spoons.
  • Potato starch - the same amount.
  • Salt - a small spoon.
  • Oil, pepper, other seasonings as desired.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop into tiny cubes.
  2. Grate the onion head or chop it with a knife, but also very finely.
  3. Add mayonnaise and onion to the minced meat. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to steep for 1-2 hours (if you are in a hurry, reduce the time).
  4. Add eggs, starch, and grated hard cheese into the minced mixture. Season with spices.
  5. Knead the mixture until smooth. Make cutlet preparations.

Traditional simple recipe for minced fish for cutlets. It is not complicated.

Minced fish is not difficult to prepare. It can be given different flavors by adding different ingredients to it. For example, semolina, raw potatoes, lemon juice. Carrots, cabbage and zucchini are also added to the mixture. Paprika, nutmeg, and other spices are also added. They even use cheese, cottage cheese, and honey. Another option for preparing classic minced meat.
