In our fast-paced age, you don’t want to spend a long time preparing something tasty. I want to share with you an amazing recipe for quickly cooking lightly salted tomatoes in a bag.

For this I take:

  • tomatoes - 1 kg. (not large, ripe, strong);
  • salt – 1 tbsp. (large, not iodized);
  • sugar – 1 tsp;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic;
  • hot pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them crosswise by one third.

2. I take a thick bag and put the tomatoes in first.

3. Then chop the garlic and finely chop the hot pepper.

4. We send them to the tomatoes. Add sugar and salt.

5. Add dill.

6. I don’t twist the bag too much. Shaking slightly, I turn it in different directions so that the dill and spices are distributed evenly over all the tomatoes.

7. Then I leave them in the bag for 1 day. Room temperature.

If you leave the tomatoes for another two or three days, they will become much tastier.

We've made tomatoes this way many times before and they've never been leftover. Everyone really likes it.

Lightly salted tomatoes with garlic and herbs. Real jam!

These tomatoes are easy and simple to prepare. It takes little time, and the products can be picked directly from the garden and immediately put to use. They turn out very tasty and tender, and an interesting way of salting makes them even more piquant. In a word, you will lick your fingers!

Try it yourself...

Ingredients:

  1. 12 smooth, ripe, medium-shaped tomatoes;
  2. 2.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  3. 2 tablespoons of coarse salt;
  4. 2 bay leaves;
  5. 4 peas of allspice;
  6. a bunch of dill sprigs;
  7. 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  8. 5 tablespoons of vinegar;
  9. 800 grams of boiling water.

For cooking we need a deep, spacious dish. I use a round plastic bowl for chopping salads. You need to pour salt, sugar and vinegar into it. Lightly chop the bay leaf in your palm and send it there. Pour in the peppercorns and pour in boiling water.

Mix the mixture thoroughly until the sugar and salt crystals are completely dissolved. After this, move the marinade aside to infuse. In the meantime, you need to prepare the remaining ingredients.

Finely chop the dill with a knife. Do the same with garlic; you can also use a garlic press. Combine these two ingredients in one bowl, mixing thoroughly.

Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts without cutting them all the way through. When all the products are prepared, we move on to the next stage.

Stuff each tomato with a mixture of garlic and herbs, carefully pushing it into each cut.

Now place the vegetables tightly in a bowl with brine. If some fruits do not fit into the marinade, then they need to be laid down with the filling so that the cut part is soaked first.

If after filling you have any leftover garlic-dill mixture, add it to the marinade. In addition, you can add sprigs of parsley and onion rings here.

Leave to cool for an hour. As soon as the brine reaches room temperature, you can take a sample. If you want to enjoy a cooler snack, put it in the refrigerator for another hour.

The snack should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days. But this fact doesn’t scare me, because no matter how much I pickle these tomatoes, they don’t stay on the table for more than 1 day.

Lightly salted cherry tomatoes with garlic and herbs

Ingredients:

  • cherry tomatoes - 1 kg. (take only hard ones);
  • coarse salt - 2 tbsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp;
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic;
  • small bunch of dill, 50 grams;
  • water – 1 l.

Preparation:

1. Rinse the tomatoes well and dry. Using a thin, sharp object, make 3-4 punctures in each tomato - this way they will be salted better and faster.

2. Cut the peeled garlic into pieces. Tear the dill with your hands.

3. Boil water, cool for 10 minutes. Add sugar, salt and a few peppercorns.

4. Alternately place herbs, tomatoes, and garlic in a jar. Fill with brine to the brim and screw on the lid.

5. Soak for two days in the kitchen at room temperature and one day in the refrigerator.

To pickle vegetables, the fruits must be ripe, without cracks or spots. Connoisseurs of pickles will certainly appreciate this method.

You must have:

  • Water – 1.5 liters
  • Ripe tomato – 1 kg
  • Salt – 4 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 1.5 tsp
  • Dill, parsley - to taste
  • Bay leaf – 2 pcs
  • Currants – 3 leaves
  • Cherry leaf – 3 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns - to taste
  • Mustard seed – 1/3 tsp
  • Paprika – 1/3 tsp
  • Cloves – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 6 – 8 cloves

Operating procedure:

Wash the tomatoes, cut them a little on one side

Insert a clove of garlic into the resulting cuts. Place the tomatoes in a saucepan, sprinkling salt, sugar and seasonings on top. In another pan we boil water so that we can then pour it over our vegetables.

After the water has boiled, let it sit for a couple of minutes and pour in the tomatoes. Add vinegar and cover with a lid.

Now we will wait until the water in the pan has cooled completely. After this, put it in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, the tomatoes will be ready. We enjoy the wonderful aroma and taste.

You can keep tomatoes in this brine as long as you like. But there is not a big minus. In a week they will no longer be lightly salted, but salted. Although they are very tasty.

Previously, tomatoes were salted in barrels. Nowadays, no one will store a barrel in an apartment. And an ordinary enamel pan comes to the rescue. Pickling in it is very convenient, quick and the pickles come out very tasty.

  • tomatoes – 1kg;
  • dill and parsley - one bunch each;
  • hot pepper and allspice 5-6 peas;
  • laurel 1 leaf;
  • garlic – 5-6 cloves;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l;
  • salt - 1 tsp. l;
  • water - 1 liter.

Preparation:

1. You will need a four liter saucepan, maybe five liters.

Tomatoes need to be ripe and firm.

2. Place about half of the greens, pepper, garlic, and bay leaves at the bottom of the container. Place tomatoes on a bed of spices.

For the brine: boil water, dissolve salt and sugar in it.

3. Pour hot brine over the tomatoes.

4. Then spread the remaining greens over the surface. Cover with a plate and place some weight on top.

5. Then you need to cover the whole thing with gauze so that nothing gets in, and leave it in the kitchen, in a secluded place for two days.

How to grind cherry tomatoes in a bag?

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 1 kg;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • dill - 5-6 sprigs;
  • salt - 1 tbsp;
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

Preparation:

1. Wash the tomatoes and dill thoroughly, peel the garlic.

2. Place the tomatoes in a bag, add dill and chopped garlic. Sprinkle everything with sugar and salt.

3. Tie the bag and shake the tomatoes and spices.

4. Maintain for two days at room temperature.

  5. To prevent the juice from leaking out, place the bag of vegetables in the pan or put on another bag.
  6. Store the tomatoes at room temperature for 2-3 days, and when they are salted, transfer them to a plastic container and put them in the refrigerator.

Quick recipe for lightly salted tomatoes in 5 minutes

We all don’t like to spend a long time fiddling around with cooking. I bring to your attention a very quick recipe for lightly salted tomatoes. We have made this recipe ourselves many times and we really like it.

For this I will need:

  • tomatoes -1kg;
  • 3-4 garlic cloves;
  • salt 2 tbsp;
  • granulated sugar 1 tbsp;
  • small stoves of parsley and dill;
  • pepper -2-3 peas;
  • water - 1 l.

How to cook:

On a note! For cooking, you can take large fruits, but ensure that the pulp is firm.

1. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Place in a jar, alternating with spices. There is no need to stir or tamp. Marinating time is five minutes.

2. Salt warm water and add sugar, dissolve, pour into a jar and close with a lid.

3. Let it brew for five to six hours.

The tomatoes turn out tasty and aromatic!

When the season begins, you can quickly prepare tomatoes for long-term storage.

Required:

  • tomatoes - 1.5 kg;

1. In the fruit where the stalk is, I cut off a circle in the form of a lid.

2. I chop some parsley and dill, chop the garlic, add some salt and spread this paste on each tomato.

3. Place the tomatoes in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, sugar and the remaining herbs.

4. Place the bowl in a plastic bag and let it brew for two hours.

5. After this time, transfer the tomatoes to a glass jar. Fill with brine prepared from one liter of water, one tablespoon of salt and sugar.

6. I bury the jar with a lid. Ready tomatoes should be stored in the refrigerator.

Quick pickled tomatoes with garlic and herbs

Delicious salted tomatoes will become not only an everyday snack, but also a worthy treat for any celebration. You can eat such a delicacy within a day, and the taste is simply extraordinary.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kilogram of tomatoes;
  2. greens and dill stems;
  3. 1 liter of water;
  4. 5-6 cloves of garlic;
  5. 2 tablespoons salt;
  6. 4 peas each of black and allspice;
  7. 3 bay leaves;
  8. 1 horseradish leaf.

First of all, you need to prepare the marinade. Place water on the stove at the rate of 2 tablespoons of coarse salt per 1 liter of liquid. Add bay leaves, stems or caps of dill. Add pepper and bring to a boil. After boiling, boil for another 3 minutes and remove from the stove.

Wash the tomatoes, dry with a towel and remove the stems. Now make a cut along the top, lengthwise, without cutting all the way through. You should get a kind of “lid”.

Finely chop the garlic and dill with a knife. Now you need to do the following with each tomato: open the “lid”, sprinkle a little salt, apply a little garlic and dill. Now press on top and remove excess from the edges.

Place the vegetables in an even layer in a bowl and sprinkle with peppercorns. Cover with a horseradish leaf on top. Place the saucer upside down on top and install the weight. This could be a liter jar filled with water. In this form, pour the prepared brine over the tomatoes so that each of them is in the liquid.

Leave the structure overnight at room temperature. You can try it the next morning. If you are satisfied with this degree of salting, you can serve. If you want a saltier snack, leave it in a cold room for another day.

A day after pouring brine, the snack turns out to be lightly salted. Then its status changes to simply salted. Therefore, if you like lightly salted treats, then you can eat it after 1 day.

How sometimes you want lightly salted tomatoes with potatoes. And there is always not enough time to cook. Now I will share with you a quick and excellent recipe.

What you need for the recipe:

  • large tomatoes (ripe, undamaged) - 7-8 pcs.;
  • 4-5 garlic cloves;
  • greens (dill, parsley);
  • salt - 2 tbsp. with a slide;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking steps:

1. Rinse the fruits thoroughly and dry with a paper towel.

2. Cut all the vegetables into approximately equal slices. Finely chop the bunches of herbs and cloves of garlic.

3. Add salt and sugar to the mixture of greens and garlic and mix well.

4. Sprinkle the resulting mixture onto the tomato slices and place them in rows in a container or suitable pan.

5. Close the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for about five hours.

As soon as this time has passed, the lightly salted tomatoes are ready! You can pamper your family and friends with delicious food.

This recipe takes a little time to prepare. Just a couple of hours. They turn out very tasty and aromatic, despite the time. Using a minimal grocery set and your favorite greens. We can experiment.

  • Large tomatoes - 7-8 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2-3 pcs.
  • greens + dill
  • Salt - 2 - 3 tbsp

The parts should be made approximately the same size. This is done so that they are salted and soaked evenly. We cut the middle fruit into 4 equal parts.

Working with greens does not take much time. We just wash it and chop it finely. We do the same with garlic. After the greens and garlic are ready, mix the ingredients together (garlic + herbs).

Add salt and sugar to the greens. This consistency needs to be mixed very well. We use 3 cloves of garlic - it will add flavor. But if you are a fan of spicy things, then you can put not 3, but 5 slices. This way there will be both aroma and spiciness.

For better taste, the greens can be crushed a little. But there is no need to let it turn into a mushy state.
