Stuffed cabbage rolls without hassle

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage - 1 head
  • Minced meat - 800 gr.
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Salt pepper

For frying:

  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Grated tomatoes 3 pcs. (or tomato paste - 2 tablespoons)

Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with minced meat and rice. Add salt and pepper. Prepare the frying: fry the onions, carrots, then add the mashed tomatoes and cook for another couple of minutes. Let's move on to the cabbage: make cuts around the stalk, put it in boiling water, cook for a couple of minutes and remove the leaves. Form cabbage rolls. Place in a pan in layers: fried cabbage rolls. Pour boiling water so that the water slightly covers, add salt. After boiling, cook over low heat for 1 hour.

Ingredients (for 2 liters):

  • Red fish (you can use a set for fish soup)
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese (you can replace cheese with cream)
  • Salt, ground pepper, peppercorns, bay leaf to taste.

Boil the fish for 15 minutes with the addition of peppercorns and bay leaves. Meanwhile, fry the onions and carrots in oil. Then remove the fish from the broth and cut into large cubes. Strain the broth, add fried potatoes, diced potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper. As soon as the potatoes are cooked, add the fish, cook for a couple more minutes and our delicious soup is ready.

Think about what and in what quantity you need, what you can do without, and what can be replaced with a cheaper analogue, etc. We tried to put together a universal economy basket to make your task easier. In it you will find what all the breakfast, lunch and dinner options we offer will consist of. Grocery basket for a week (for a family of three):

  1. chicken meat (five breasts is enough)
  2. fish (you can take frozen carp or other fish from which you can make minced meat for cutlets)
  3. eggs (two dozen)
  4. potatoes (5 kg - it will remain for next week, but it doesn’t matter, let it be in reserve)
  5. buckwheat, rice (1 kg each - of course, it will take much less for a week, but these are universal products that, as they say, will last)
  6. oat flakes (1 kg - spend less, but have some left over)
  7. semolina (1 kg - same situation)
  8. mushrooms (champignons - 500 gr)
  9. flour (1 kg)
  10. pasta (2 kg)
  11. bread (to taste)
  12. Oatmeal cookies (1 pack)
  13. milk, kefir, sour cream, cottage cheese, white yogurt (total in standard packaging)
  14. cheese (200 grams)
  15. vegetable and butter
  16. pizza base
  17. vegetables and fruits that are present on the counter in any season (cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, beets, cabbage, bananas, oranges - just as needed. Approximately 500 grams of each ingredient).• Spices (dried herbs, universal seasoning, and etc.)

Country style omelette

Country omelette can have many other names. But no matter what you call it, it is always simple, nutritious and delicious. Even a teenager can cope with preparing such a dinner. Therefore, we will start our selection of recipes on what to cook deliciously for dinner with an elementary dish that always turns out excellent.

Required:

  • 4 things. potatoes;
  • 200 gr. beef or chicken meat;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 50 ml. milk;
  • Greens to taste;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt, pepper, sunflower oil.


Country style omelette

How to cook:

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins.
  2. Cool the potatoes boiled until half cooked and peel them.
  3. A piece of meat left over from yesterday's dinner is something that can be quickly prepared for dinner in an omelet. Or use raw. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  4. Peel the onions and peppers. Chop the onion into half rings and the pepper into strips.
  5. Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. Place pieces of meat on a hot surface and fry.
  6. Add onion, pepper, sauté.
  7. Cut the potatoes into rings approximately 0.7 mm thick.
  8. Add to the frying pan with the meat and onions, fry until light golden brown. Simple and delicious dinner recipes like this one are much easier to prepare than you might think when learning the technology.
  9. Cut the tomatoes into half rings or quarters, add to the pan and fry a little. If necessary, add more sunflower oil.
  10. While the contents of the pan reach the desired degree of readiness, start pouring.
  11. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well with a fork or whisk.
  12. Add salt, spices, milk, beat some more.
  13. Peel the garlic, cut with a knife, add to the pan. Stir the contents, pour in the egg mixture, and cover tightly with a lid. The omelette, like other simple dinner recipes, will be ready in 5-7 minutes.
  14. Simmer over low heat until done.
  15. Wash the greens and chop finely. Place the omelet on plates, sprinkle with herbs, and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken ~1 kg
  • Onion - 1-2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Greenery
  • Garlic
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper, turmeric, khmeli-suneli

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the chicken. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, turmeric and mix. Fry for a few minutes. Peel the tomatoes, cut them and send them to the chicken. Add suneli hops. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with garlic and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 500 gr.
  • Potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth.
  • Dill
  • Salt pepper

⠀ Mix minced meat with finely chopped onions, add rice (no need to boil), salt, pepper and form meatballs. Fry the chopped onion and grated carrots, place the meatballs for frying. Cut the potatoes into wedges and place on top. Add the pureed tomato, fill everything with water so that it lightly covers the potatoes. Reduce heat, cover with a lid, simmer for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and dill, then simmer under the lid for a couple more minutes.
