Finely chop the onion. Place butter in a saucepan and melt it. Add the onion and fry over medium heat until soft.

Ingredients:
broccoli - 200 g champignons - 5-7 pcs. potatoes - 1–2 pcs. processed cheese - 2 pcs. carrots - 1 pc. salt, vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Cut the champignons into slices and fry them for 5–10 minutes.
Grate the carrots and fry them.
Divide the broccoli into florets.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Add all ingredients to boiling water, add salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Grate the cheeses on a coarse grater and add to the soup, stir.

Recipe 1
To prepare the puree soup we will need:
- broccoli - 1 small fork;
- water – 1 liter;
- potatoes – 3 – 4 medium tubers;
- processed cheese – 1 pc.;
- fresh mushrooms (champignons) – 400 g;
- onion – 1 pc.;
- salt;
- parsley – 10 – 15 g;
- pepper;
- butter (butter) – 20 g.
Preparation:
- Pour boiling water over broccoli.
- Peel the potatoes and boil until tender.
- Finely chop the champignons.
- Chop the onion, fry until golden brown in butter, then add mushrooms to it and sauté over low heat for another 5 minutes.
- Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
- Place broccoli and boiled potatoes in a blender bowl, add 250 ml of water, and chop.
- Boil 750 ml of water, then put our vegetables in it, bring everything to a boil.
- Next we send mushrooms with onions and cheese.
- Cook the soup for another 5 minutes, then turn it off.
- Let it brew for 10 minutes, after which it can be served.
- Before serving, you can add fresh chopped dill.

- crackers – 150 g;
- salt;
- olive oil - a little for frying.
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Separate the broccoli into florets and boil in water for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms into strips.
- Chop the onion.
- Grate carrots and cheese.
- Fry mushrooms and onions in olive oil.
- Then boil water, add potatoes, cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
- After that, add mushrooms, all the vegetables, and processed cheese.
- Bring to a boil, cook everything together for 5 minutes.
- Then you need to turn off the soup and give it a little time to brew.
