Be sure to use fresh, high-quality products, follow the recipe and cooking technology, and cook only in a good mood. Tenderloin is best suited for this dish. But, given its considerable cost, you can use any pulp, increasing the cooking time. The dish takes from half an hour to an hour to prepare, depending on which recipe you choose.
In soy sauce
This is the simplest version of Chinese beef, containing a minimum of ingredients.
Ingredients:
- beef – 270-300 g;
- onion – 1 medium head;
- soy sauce – 5 dessert spoons;
- Dijon mustard – 1 small. spoon;
- chili – 1 pod.
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into thin long strips. Be sure to move the knife across the grain!
- Place the beef in a deep plate.
- Pour in soy sauce mixed with mustard and thin chili rings.
- Send random pieces of onion there. Leave the mixture for about a quarter of an hour.
- Fry the beef in soy sauce until cooked.

What will be needed:
- beef - 800 g;
- sesame oil - 100 ml;
- fresh green peas - 200 g;
- onion - 200 g;
- sweet pepper - 170 g;
- orange - 150 g;
- ginger root - 20 g;

- granulated sugar - 50 g;
- soy sauce - 100 g.
How to cook:
- Wash the orange thoroughly. Using a fine grater, grate the zest from it. Chop it as finely as possible with a knife.
- Also, grate the ginger on a fine grater.
- Combine orange zest with soy sauce, half the amount of sesame oil and grated ginger. Pour the processed, chopped garlic into the bowl with the marinade. Add sugar. Mix the contents thoroughly.

Next, you need to put them in a separate bowl, and place chopped champignons and hot onions in the same frying pan. These ingredients should be sautéed until they turn red. How to cook:
- Process the meat, wash and dry. Cut into thin slices. Prepare the marinade immediately. In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce (65 ml), ground pepper, and vegetable oil. Place beef in marinade. Set aside for an hour.
- Process the sweet peppers and wash them. Cut into thin strips. Cut the chili into thin rings.
- Process onion and ginger and wash. Cut into strips.
- Dissolve starch in a bowl of filtered water. Pour in the remaining soy sauce. To stir thoroughly.

- lamb – ½ kg
- tomato paste – 400 g
- starch – 250 g

- soy sauce – 1 tsp
- freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon
How to cook
- To prepare sweet and sour sauce you will need a deep, thick-walled frying pan. Heat it over high heat, pour tomato paste into the bottom and wait until it starts to bubble slightly.
- Combine sugar with vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water, add to the tomato base and heat until the sugar crystals dissolve. Then add the pepper, chopped into squares, simmer for 15 minutes, remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Rinse the lamb, dry it, cut into small rectangular slices, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and soy sauce, add salt and knead thoroughly with your hands so that the marinade is absorbed. Leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.

- beef fillet - 350 g;
- broccoli - 500 g;
- champignons - 250 g;
- onion - 80 g;

- oyster sauce - 80 ml;
- sherry - 80 ml;
- soy sauce - 60 ml;
- brown sugar - 30 g;
- chili (flakes) - 3 g;
- ginger root - 1 cm;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook:
- Rinse the broccoli. Divide into inflorescences.
- Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into strips.
- Process and chop the garlic and ginger.
