To make the dish tender, we will use bell peppers and onions, because they contain a fairly large amount of vitamin C, which makes the meat soft. How to cook beef with bell pepper in soy sauce

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 700 grams;
  • Bell pepper - 1 large pod;
  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Greens to taste;
  • Salt, pepper to taste;
  • Soy sauce - 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Garlic - 4-5 cloves.

How to cook beef with bell pepper and soy sauce:

Step 1

Cut the beef into small pieces.

Peel the pepper from seeds and cut into strips.

  2. Make a marinade from the selected ingredients.
  3. Place the beef in a bowl, pour in the prepared mixture and leave for about 1 hour.
  4. This time can be spent preparing vegetables. The peppers must be carefully cut into strips, having first removed the stem and seeds. It is better to chop the onion into half rings and remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and lightly sauté the onion in it.

How else can you cook meat with bell pepper? A recipe familiar to every Russian housewife since Soviet times is stuffing. It takes about an hour and a half to prepare this dish. In addition, you will need the following products: 0.6 kilograms of minced meat, 7 peppers, 200 grams of rice, 2 carrots, 20 grams of salt, 2 tomatoes, 100 grams of sour cream, 2 onions, 50 grams of vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and also a little black pepper (ground and peas).

The process begins with the preparation of the main ingredients:

  1. First of all, boil the rice in salted water.
  2. Chop the onion into cubes, chop the carrots on a grater, and chop the tomatoes as desired.
  3. After this, you need to heat the frying pan and fry the onion in it for 3 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  4. Without stopping the process, add carrots. Pour in the remaining oil and fry the food together for another 5-6 minutes.

You will need a completely familiar set of products: for 600 grams of pork (it is better to take tenderloin) - 2 sweet peppers, 1 onion, one and a half kilograms of potatoes, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, several bay leaves, 25 grams of butter and a little vegetable oil, a bunch of parsley, salt , dried basil, a little ground pepper, Italian herbs and oregano.

You need to start with processing the meat:

  1. The pork must be washed, excess fat trimmed off and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  2. The carrots are cut into strips, and the onions into half rings.
  3. Pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl and place the meat in it. Then set the “Baking” mode for 8 minutes.
  4. After this, you can add the prepared vegetables.
  5. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 or 6 pieces depending on the size of the tubers.
  6. Chop the pepper into large strips.
  7. Place all the remaining ingredients into the bowl, set the “Stew” mode and leave the food alone for a couple of hours, remembering to stir it every 30 minutes.

The result is a juicy, aromatic and very tasty stew that practically does not need a side dish.

Rinse and dry the meat before cooking.

How to cook flavorful beef:

  1. Cut the washed meat into small slices.
  2. Mix vinegar with soy sauce, oil, salt and spices. Place beef slices in marinade.
  3. Cut the peeled onions into half rings and the sweet pepper into slices. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  4. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and puree with a blender. Pour the puree into the frying pan with the pepper and onion slices and simmer for 4 minutes.

Meat marinated in the same way can be easily prepared with bell peppers and in a slow cooker. To do this, place the beef along with the marinade into the bowl of the device and add water so that the meat is completely covered. Close the lid and cook in the “Stew” mode for half an hour. Then add strips of sweet pepper and onion rings. Add salt and simmer for another 30 minutes.

The aromatic beef is served with potatoes or other vegetables, fresh lettuce and Chinese cabbage, or wrapped in Armenian lavash.

As a rule, meat is stewed in pots along with potatoes or mushrooms.

Fry the peppers, eggplants and tomatoes alternately in hot oil. At the same time, preheat the oven to 160°.

Step 7:

Grease the pots with the remaining oil. Place several pieces of meat in each of them. Distribute vegetables on top in random order. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs.

Step 8:

Place the pots in the oven for 20 minutes.

If you don't have pots, you can simply place the ingredients in a deep baking dish. Be sure to cover it with foil or a lid. Shortly before the timer turns off, you will need to open the container.

Beef salad recipe with bell pepper

To prepare a juicy and low-fat salad, you will need:

  • beef – 200 g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • red onion – 1 head;
  • parsley – 1 bunch;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the meat in salted water and cut into small pieces.
  2. Scald the pepper and remove the skin, cut into strips.
  3. Chop the onion into thin half rings and the tomatoes into cubes.

  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • nutmeg (ground) – 1 pinch;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation

Cut the meat into small slices across the grain. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and lime, add the garlic passed through a press and very finely chopped chili pepper (be sure to remove the seeds). Mix, salt and pour this marinade over the prepared beef. Leave for half an hour.

And when the specified time has passed, pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl, load the meat into it along with the marinade and add water to completely cover. Close the lid and cook on the “Stew” mode, setting the timer for 30 minutes. Then add vegetables - bell pepper in large strips and onion in half rings. Salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another half hour. Beef fried with bell pepper, Chinese style

Ingredients:

  • beef tenderloin – 600 g;
  • sweet bell pepper – 2 pcs.;
  • green beans – 300 g;
  • onions – 3 pcs.;
  • garlic – 6 cloves;
  • sesame – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • soy sauce – 100 g;
  • rice vinegar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • starch – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • ground red pepper – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation

First, let's marinate the meat. We wash the beef and cut it into cubes of the same length and thickness. Add a little salt and pepper. Pour in a mixture of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 3 cloves of garlic, passed through a press. Leave the meat for 40 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the dressing for the Chinese beef. Squeeze the remaining garlic through a press, add red pepper to it and pour soy sauce over everything, mix.

Pour about 2 fingers' worth of oil into a deep frying pan (preferably a wok) and heat until it begins to smoke slightly. Dredge the marinated beef thoroughly in starch and place it in one layer in sizzling oil. Fry for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. If the meat does not fit all at once, cook in several batches.

We catch the fried pieces with a slotted spoon, and in their place we send chopped bell peppers and onions in half rings. Keep on fire, stirring vigorously, for 2 minutes. Then we fish it out for the meat, and fry the beans in a frying pan for a couple more minutes. Mix the beef with vegetables and season it with the pre-prepared sauce. Chinese pepper beef is ready! But if you want to serve this dish hot, then wash the pan and heat the food in it for no more than 3 minutes, otherwise the garlic will burn. At the end, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

How to cook "Beef with pepper"

Start with soy sauce. Pour soy sauce into a bowl.

Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic and fresh ginger and chili oil. Add everything to a bowl.

Mix well.

Add thinly sliced ​​beef.

Coat thoroughly in the mixture and set aside.

Slice the onion not too thin.

Take a couple of sweet peppers, cut off the tops and remove the insides and cut into thin rings. If you want to make the dish more spicy, you can add a little more fresh jalapenos or chili peppers (chopping them finely).

Make rice noodles, boil water.

Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan, starting at medium heat and gradually increasing it.

Add the onion and fry for a minute. Then transfer to a separate bowl.

Place the pan back on the stove and heat thoroughly.

Add the red pepper and cook it in the same way as the onion over high heat for 1 minute.

Transfer the peppers to a plate.

Add a little oil to the pan and add about 1/3 of the marinated beef. Spread over the pan and leave undisturbed for 30 seconds.

Then flip and cook for another 20-30 seconds.

Transfer to a plate.

Repeat the procedure with the remaining meat.

Next, turn the heat to low and throw all the meat back into the pan.

Add onions and peppers.

Stir.

Pour the marinade from the bowl...

...stir, cover and cook for a few minutes.

Now, prepare the rice noodles according to the package directions.

Add half of the cooked noodles to the pan with the meat.

Mix thoroughly and, if you think there is not enough noodles, add more.

Add some coriander leaves.
