Ingredients

  • coriander - 1/3 tsp;
  • refined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp;
  • other seasonings and salt - to taste.

Cooking method

Baking potatoes with mushrooms according to the proposed recipe is not at all difficult. Just follow the instructions and you will have nothing to worry about, as the dish is guaranteed to be hearty, flavorful and very appetizing.

  1. Immediately start working on the potatoes. Peel the vegetables and rinse thoroughly. Cut into slices.

Grease the baking sheet. Arrange potato rings. Add salt. Sprinkle with ground coriander and other suitable spices. Peel the onion. Cut into half rings and spread the slices evenly over the vegetable layer.

Wash and boil the mushrooms. Cut them and arrange them in the next layer. Sprinkle with salt and seasonings.

Mix sour cream with water. Pour the resulting mixture over the workpiece.

Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater. Sprinkle the workpiece with cheese shavings. Place the dish in the oven for 40 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees.

1. Separately, fry chopped onions and mushrooms. Add sour cream and spices to the mushrooms. 2. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and place on the bottom and sides of the pan. Sprinkle with spices. 3. Place mushrooms and onions on top, and then grated cheese. 4. Beat the egg with mayonnaise, pour over the potatoes and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

It couldn't be simpler

Traditionally, potatoes with mushrooms are baked in a light creamy sauce. Thanks to the sauce and foil, the ingredients retain their juices and remain soft and tender. Each piece of this delicacy literally melts in your mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The recipe for the dish is extremely simple, and the ingredients will not be difficult to purchase at your local grocery store.

Here is a complete list of required products:

  • potatoes (preferably small) – 1 kg;
  • fresh champignons – 500-600 g;
  • onions – 1-2 pcs.;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • cream 10% – 250 ml;
  • wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • fresh herbs – 1 bunch;
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

The potatoes are washed and peeled, small ones are simply cut in half, larger ones are divided into several slices. The onion is peeled and cut into half rings, and thin layers are cut from the washed champignons. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan, add mushrooms and onions and fry until half cooked. When the onion begins to change color, add flour.

Line a deep baking sheet with foil, leaving large enough edges to wrap the dish tightly. Place potatoes on the bottom of the baking sheet, and mushrooms and onions above. Cream and spices are mixed in a small bowl, for which you can use Provençal or Italian herbs, marjoram, paprika, and ground black pepper. Add salt and mix the sauce thoroughly. The contents of the bowl are poured onto a baking sheet, the edges of the foil are brought together and wrapped.

The dish is placed on the middle shelf of the oven, preheated to 160-180 degrees. Potatoes with mushrooms in foil usually take 20-25 minutes to cook. During this time, you should carefully open the dish 1-2 times using a knife or fork and carefully mix the ingredients. The finished dish is left in the cooling oven for another half hour, after which it is transferred to a tray and served, sprinkled with chopped garlic and garnished with fresh herbs.

Potatoes with mushrooms, tomatoes and pesto

An interesting combination of ingredients gives a fundamentally new taste.

You will need:
5 potatoes, 3 tomatoes, 300 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 3 cloves garlic, 20 ml olive oil, salt and pepper, 30 ml cream, 1 tbsp.

5 potatoes, 400 g mushrooms, 1 leek, 3 cloves of garlic, chili, 5 tbsp.
soy sauce, 1 tomato, ginger, spices, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 1 tbsp. olive oil. Preparation:

1. Mix oil with soy sauce, grated ginger, crushed garlic and chopped chili. Add spices to taste. 2. Chop the potatoes and peeled tomato, coarsely chop the leeks and mushrooms and place the vegetables in a sleeve. 3. Pour sauce over everything and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Potatoes with mushrooms in tomato-sour cream sauce

Mushrooms are rarely cooked with tomatoes, and completely in vain!

You will need:
900 g potatoes, 300 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 40 g butter, 1 tbsp.

Potatoes baked with porcini mushrooms in the oven


Compound:

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Cream 33% - 200 g
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Gouda cheese - 150 g
  • Porcini mushrooms – 200 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 100 ml
  • Thyme - 1-2 sprigs
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt pepper

Cooking time: 55 min

You will need:

Preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and lightly boil. 2. Coarsely chop the onion and carrots, fry them for a couple of minutes and add chopped mushrooms. 3. Cut the sausages into slices and simmer with vegetables for 4 minutes. 4.
