One of the most delicious and uncomplicated recipes for applesauce pie does not require much time and ingredients. In order to prepare the classic version, you need to take 200 g of puree, 180 g of premium wheat flour, 120 g of butter, 1 glass of kefir (200 g), 1 glass of granulated sugar (200 g), 1 egg, a pinch of soda and a little vanilla Sahara.

At the very beginning, it is recommended to add soda to kefir and wait until it begins to foam. Then the creamy product, which must first be removed from the refrigerator, must be mixed with sugar and beaten with a mixer at high speed. When the mass becomes homogeneous, you should add kefir with soda, an egg and continue beating at medium speed.

Without removing the mixer, you need to sift the flour through a sieve several times. Thanks to this, the cake will be fluffy and beautiful. The sifted flour should be poured into the prepared mass and the resulting dough should be beaten again.

After this, preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a special baking dish and place half of the dough into it.

This recipe is quite complex, so it is suitable for experienced housewives. The unique taste of the dish will be remembered by family and guests for a long time.

For preparation you will need the following components:

  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 250 g apple puree;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g sugar;
  • 50 ml milk;
  • 100 g soft butter;
  • 15 g yeast;
  • a pinch of salt and cinnamon.

First of all, you need to heat the milk so that it becomes warm, but not hot, pour the yeast into it and add 1 tsp. granulated sugar and stir thoroughly. This preparation should be left for about 15 minutes until a “cap” of yeast appears on the surface.

  7. To coat, 20 g of butter should be mixed with 5 g of sugar and 25 g of apple puree.
  8. The prepared dough will need to be divided into 6 equal parts, formed into round-shaped pieces, and then rolled each into a round cake, soaked in a mixture based on applesauce and butter.

The applesauce in this bake can be prepared or homemade. For preparation you will need the following ingredients: wheat flour – 250 g, butter – 130 g, apple puree – 200 g, honey – 50 ml, cinnamon – 10-15 g, fresh apples – 250 g, lemon juice to taste, a pinch of salt .

First, you should sift the flour and add salt to it, and then quickly grate the solid creamy product to make crumbs. After this, you need to quickly stir the flour with it, add 50 ml of cold clean water and knead into a smooth and homogeneous dough.
