  • corn starch (1 teaspoon);
  • granulated sugar (to taste);
  • water (1 tbsp).

Mix starch, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan, add water and place on low heat. Heat the cream slightly (not to a boil) and add it to the chocolate in a thin stream. In this case, the liquid must be stirred. The drink should remain on the stove for a few more minutes, but so that it does not boil. After turning off the burner, you should leave it for 5 minutes to let it sit. And then you can pour it into cups.

Vanilla

Preparing vanilla dessert requires the cook to strictly adhere to the established proportions. Otherwise, it may turn out to be the wrong consistency, taste or color.

You need to prepare:

  • ground cocoa (50 g);
  • farm milk (50 ml);
  • butter (65 g);
  • granulated sugar (90 g);
  • vanillin, vanilla powder (5 g).
