Beat the eggs with a whisk adding a pinch of salt. Fry the egg pancakes in a frying pan on both sides. For the filling, it is advisable to cut the chicken fillet into slices in advance and marinate in soy sauce. Then we drain it, and fry the fillet in a frying pan and cut into strips.

Immediately after the chicken, in the same frying pan, fry the chopped or grated ginger root and onion leaves. Cut the white part of the leek into strips and sprinkle with a little balsamic vinegar. Combine all filling ingredients and mix.

Place a little filling on each pancake and roll it into a tube, tying it with an onion feather. That's all cooking - stuffed egg pancakes are ready to serve.

  • processed cheese (paste-like) – 300 g;
  • lightly salted salmon – 150 g;
