Let us now complicate our task. Soak 25 grams of gelatin in half a glass of cool 10% cream or whole milk. We do this in an iron mug.   • 300 g soft cottage cheese;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • 100 g powdered sugar;
  • 3 g vanillin (or 30 g vanilla sugar);
  • 30 g gelatin;
  • 60 g cocoa powder.

Due to the need to wait for the layers of gelatin to set, the cooking time for this sweet treat will be about 60 minutes.

Preparation procedure:

  1. Soak the gelatin in water and, while it swells, begin preparing the vanilla and chocolate base;

  2. Mix cottage cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream (it will make the dessert more tender). Beat the resulting mass well using kitchen gadgets: blender or mixer;

  3. Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts; add vanillin or vanilla sugar to one, and cocoa powder to the second. Mix both the chocolate and vanilla curd bases well so that the components are well distributed;

  4. Heat the gelatin until it dissolves completely. Then pour half into the vanilla mixture and the other half into the chocolate mixture. Mix;
  5. Fill portion bowls (cream bowls or other molds) with one of the mixtures in a 2 cm thick layer and place in the freezer for 15 minutes, but no more. Otherwise the mass will freeze;

  6. Then take it out and put a new layer of a contrasting color, put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes. Then repeat again, but simply put the dessert in the refrigerator, where it should stand until it completely hardens.

  7. Before serving, the dish can be removed from the mold (dipping it in hot water for a few seconds) and served on a flat plate or placed on the table directly in bowls. You can use nut or chocolate chips as a decoration and addition.

Curd jelly with fruits

For this dish, it is better to use canned pineapples in syrup, melon balls or peaches. In a word, all fruits that have a lot of juice are suitable. First, fill the gelatin package with a glass of warm water. Place on the fire and heat until the jelly thickener dissolves. While the mixture is cooling, cut the fruit into cubes and place them in bowls, filling them almost halfway. Rub four hundred grams of cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix it with two glasses of low-fat sour cream and a cup of powdered sugar. Add dissolved gelatin to the mixture. Place half of the mixture in bowls - on top of the fruit. Level the top with a knife. You should definitely add vanilla extract to this dessert. It gives the treat a very appetizing delicate aroma.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 900-950 g;
  • milk (low-fat) – half a liter;
  • agar-agar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vanilla extract – 1-2 tsp;
  • butter fat – 60-65 g;
  • honey.

Natural bee honey is added to this dish to taste. It will replace sugar. But other sweeteners can be used if desired.

Preparation:

  1. All cottage cheese stated in the recipe must be beaten with a submersible blender or rubbed through the finest sieve.

  2. With a dairy product, you immediately need to process softened butter, honey (pre-melted in a water bath or in the microwave) or the selected sweetener.
  3. Agar-agar should be diluted in warm milk, then put the mixture on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. After the mixture from step 3, you need to pour it into the curd mass, stir very quickly.

This delicate, airy dessert has been loved by chefs for over 40 years. It is prepared quickly, and the result is worthy of a festive table. Canned pineapples are also added to the treat. It is best to use diced fruit right away.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 370-400 g;
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.;
  • agar-agar – 20-25 g;
  • diced pineapples (canned) – 1 can;
  • vanillin – 1 pinch;
  • pineapple juice – half a liter;
  • condensed milk – ¾ cans.

Preparation:

  1. Agar-agar should be poured with pineapple juice for approximately 40-45 minutes. You can also add syrup drained from canned fruits to the mixture.
