Recipe for funchose with chicken

Pamper your family with a healthy and satisfying dish that has an original flavor.

Ingredients:

  • funchose – 160 g;
  • black pepper;
  • chicken fillet – 390 g;
  • salt;
  • ginger root – 10 g;
  • carrots – 160 g;
  • sweet pepper – 360 g;
  • olive oil;
  • leek – 110 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • green onions – 15 g;
  • sesame – 10 g;
  • dill – 10 g fresh.

How to prepare funchose:

  1. Pour water over the noodles and set aside for half an hour. Take it out and dry it a little. Cut.
  2. Cut the sweet pepper into strips. Using a Korean carrot grater, chop the carrots. Finely chop the garlic cloves and onion.
  3. The fillet will need to be thin strips. Chop dill and ginger root.
  4. Heat olive oil. Add leeks and garlic. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Add chicken. Sprinkle with spices and salt. Stir. When a light brown crust appears, add carrots and pepper. Fry for a quarter of an hour.
  5. Throw in green onions, sesame seeds and ginger. Next add the noodles. Add salt and mix thoroughly. Fry for 7 minutes. Sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.

Funchoza with chicken and vegetables - recipe with soy sauce

When you are tired of regular pasta and pasta, then prepare Frenchoza with chicken and vegetables.

Required:

  • Funchoza - 3 turns
  • Chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce - 10 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Sesame – 10 g

Recipe for funchose with chicken

1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces. Place in a bowl. Pour 4-5 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

2. Add 4 tbsp to a preheated frying pan. l. olive oil. Place the chopped garlic into circles. Fry the garlic until golden brown and remove from the pan. This will transfer the smell of garlic to the olive oil.

3. Place diced onions in the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion until slightly golden brown.

4. Add marinated chicken pieces along with the sauce to the fried onions. Stir in the onion and fry together for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Then add the sweet pepper cut into strips. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour another 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Stir and fry the chicken with vegetables for another 5-7 minutes.

6. Pour boiling water over the funchose from the bag and leave for 7-10 minutes. You can pre-cut it into pieces with scissors.

7. Place the finished Frenchose in a frying pan to mix with other ingredients.

8. 1 minute before turning off, add another 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce and pepper.

9. Remove the pan from the heat. Add fresh cucumber cut into strips.

10. Mix all ingredients and decorate with sesame seeds on top. The dish is ready.

Funchoza with chicken in a slow cooker

In a multicooker, funchose can be cooked along with all other products. But in order for the noodles to retain their shape and not become sticky, they should be cooked separately.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 420 g;
  • black pepper;
  • water – 720 ml;
  • carrots – 280 g;
  • soy sauce – 180 ml;
  • onion – 360 g;
  • bell pepper – 460 g;
  • olive oil – 100 ml;
  • funchose – 220 g.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet. The shape will require strips. Grate half the carrots using a medium grater. Chop the remaining into circles. Cut the pepper into cubes. Chop the onion.
  2. Place all prepared products into the multicooker bowl. Pour in soy sauce, followed by water. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Set the “Quenching” mode. Turn on the timer for an hour.
  3. Add noodles and cook in the same mode for 10 minutes.

Recipe for hot funchose with chicken and bell pepper

In this recipe, the funchose will first be heated with all the ingredients in a frying pan and only then put into a serving dish.

Required:

  • Chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • Funchoza – 100 g
  • Soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Seasoning for chicken - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter for frying - 10 g

For the sauce you will need:

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Grated ginger root - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Green onions - 3 pcs.
  • Parsley and cilantro

Funchaza with chicken and bell pepper - hot recipe

1. Cut the chicken breast into small slices. Place them in a bowl, add salt and chicken seasoning. Pour another 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Make your own sauce to top the finished dish. To do this, place finely chopped garlic cloves in a small cup. Add olive oil and soy sauce. Also add finely grated ginger root. Add chopped parsley and cilantro. Mix everything.

3. Place the marinated breast on paper napkins and dry.

4. Place the chicken pieces in a cup. Add 1 tbsp. spoon of starch (any) and roll chicken breast pieces in it.

5. Place the chicken pieces in a heated frying pan with oil. Fry until done, but do not dry out. It should not be dry, but juicy.

6. Fry the peppers cut into strips in butter. They should be semi-soft. Salt and pepper them to taste.

7. Pour boiling water over funchoza for 5 minutes.

8. Add fried chicken pieces to the lightly fried peppers.

9. Rinse the finished funchose under cold water through a sieve and add to the frying pan. Pour the previously prepared sauce here. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Mix everything. Let all ingredients simmer for another 1 minute.

10. Place the finished dish on portioned plates and serve.

Cooking with fresh vegetables

Thin noodles made from green beans are easy to use and retain all their healing properties. Possessing the most delicate consistency, it harmonizes wonderfully with aromatic vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:

  • funchose – 160 g;
  • olive oil;
  • chicken fillet – 220 g;
  • black pepper;
  • cucumber – 170 g;
  • bell pepper – 170 g;
  • salt;
  • carrots – 170 g;
  • soy sauce – 110 ml;
  • onion – 170 g.

Preparation:

  1. Place the chopped onion in hot olive oil and fry until light golden brown.
  2. The fillet will need to be cut into strips. It's better if they turn out thin. Place in the onion fry. Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.
  3. Pour in soy sauce and simmer until the meat is completely cooked.
  4. Following the instructions on the package, boil the funchose. Stir in the roast. Add the cucumbers cut into strips.
  5. Fry the carrots and bell peppers, chopped into strips, in olive oil. Send to meat. Salt and sprinkle with pepper. Mix.

Place meat for frying only in hot oil. In this case, it will instantly become crusty and remain juicy inside.

How to cook “Funchoza with smoked chicken”

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Prepare funchose following the instructions on the package. As soon as the funchose is ready, drain the water from it, place it in a colander and let the liquid drain completely.

Peel the onion and finely chop. Rinse the mushrooms well under running water and chop. Fry the mushrooms and onions in a well-heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes.

Cut the smoked chicken into small cubes.

Wash the cucumber well under running water and cut into strips.

Add chopped smoked chicken to the onions and mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add cucumbers.

Pour in the funchose, add soy sauce, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

We offer a PP recipe with funchose. In the dietary version, the meat is not fried, but marinated. At the same time, it turns out soft, juicy and not soggy.

Ingredients:

  • funchose – 220 g;
  • pepper;
  • chicken fillet – 160 g;
  • bell pepper – 280 g;
  • stevia;
  • carrots – 280 g;
  • coriander;
  • curry;
  • pomegranate sauce – 20 ml;
  • garlic clove – 3 pcs.;
  • green beans – 70 g;
  • olive oil – 40 ml;
  • hot pepper - pod;
  • rice vinegar – 30 ml;
  • parsley – 25 g;
  • ginger root – 1 cm.

Preparation:

  1. Cut all vegetables and meat into strips. Boil the funchose according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Pour the sauce, olive oil and vinegar over the vegetables. Add beans, chopped ginger, spices and salt. Mix.
  3. Place the meat pieces on the electric grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Do not add oil. Add to vegetables along with chopped herbs and stir. Leave to marinate.
  4. Mix with noodles.

Recipe with smoked chicken and funchose

A variation of a hearty and tasty preparation that will captivate everyone with its bright appearance. The dish can decorate a formal table and surprise guests.

Ingredients:

  • funchose – 150 g;
  • dill – 20 g;
  • smoked chicken fillet – 220 g;
  • sesame – 20 g;
  • Korean carrots – 260 g;
  • soy sauce – 100 ml;
  • onion – 160 g;
  • olive oil – 60 ml;
  • cucumber – 120 g;
  • bell pepper – 460 g;
  • garlic – 4 cloves.

Preparation:

  1. Fry chopped onion. Boil the funchose as recommended on the package.
  2. Cut the fillet. You should get thin strips.
  3. You will need cucumber and pepper in cubes. Place in a frying pan along with the beans and fry a little. Pepper can be taken in any color. With multi-colored ones you will get a more beautiful looking dish.
  4. Mix all prepared ingredients. Pour in soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped dill. Add carrots and chopped garlic. Mix.

Funchoza with chicken and green beans

The proposed dish is easy to prepare. Your family will surely love it.

Required:

  • Funchoza – 150 g
  • Chicken breast – 300 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Green beans - 200 g
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Mixed peppers - to taste
  • Chili pepper flakes - 1/4 tsp.
  • Paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 2 tsp.
  • Coriander - 1 tsp.
  • Sesame oil - 1-2 tsp
  • Vinegar essence 25% - 1-2 tsp. (taste)
  • Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.

Recipe for funchose with chicken and beans

1. Pour boiling water over bean noodles (frenchoza). Leave for 4-5 minutes (see instructions on package).

2. Then rinse the noodles in cold water. Place in a colander to remove excess water. Cut the noodles for convenience using scissors.

3. Boil green beans in water for 3 minutes if they are frozen and 5 minutes if they are fresh. There is no need to digest it. Then drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a colander to drain all the water.

4. Place the prepared funchose in a deep bowl. Add washed beans.

5. In a preheated frying pan, alternately sauté the chopped carrots and the peppers cut into strips until soft. Place them in a bowl with funchose.

6. Fry the onion, cut into half rings, in a frying pan with butter. Add the chicken breast cut into strips. Add salt and fry together for 7 minutes. Place the chicken meat and onions in a bowl with the funchose.

7. Chop the cilantro. Finely chop the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl.

8. All that remains is to add all the other prepared spices to the dish. As well as vinegar essence, sesame oil and soy sauce. Mix everything. Let the dish sit for 1 hour. Funchoza with chicken and beans is ready to eat.

With chicken gizzards and mushrooms

With the addition of mushrooms, funchose acquires a special refined taste.

Ingredients:

  • funchose – 120 g;
  • parsley – 25 g;
  • chicken gizzards – 270 g boiled;
  • salt;
  • cucumber – 160 g;
  • olive oil;
  • lemon – 130 g;
  • carrots – 120 g;
  • bell pepper – 360 g;
  • coriander;
  • Champignon;
  • onion – 160 g;
  • black pepper;
  • garlic – 4 cloves.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion, pepper and carrot into strips. Chop the garlic cloves finer.
  2. Place in heated oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle with salt, coriander and pepper. Lightly fry.
  3. Slice the cucumber and chop the greens. Chop the ventricles. Boil the funchose according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Combine all ingredients and pour in squeezed lemon juice. Add some salt. Stir and set aside for half an hour.
