Classic steak with egg

To prepare a classic steak and egg, you need to use high-quality tenderloin. This dish is easy to prepare; the main thing is to choose quality meat.

  • 500 gr. beef tenderloins;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 0.25-0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 4 eggs.

Cut the tenderloin into portions 2-3 cm wide. Now the meat needs to be placed on a cutting board, covered with cling film. Beat the meat a little with a hammer. There is no need to beat it hard, it is only important for us to slightly soften the meat.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place the prepared steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then carefully turn it over. Salt and pepper the meat.

Fry the second side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the steak over again and add salt and pepper on the other side.

Separately, in the remaining oil, cook fried eggs according to the number of cooked steaks. When serving, place the steaks on plates and pour over the meat juice formed in the pan. Place a fried egg on top of each steak.

Another delicious steak option

There is another way to prepare beef steak with eggs. The easiest way is to grind the beef tenderloin to the consistency of minced meat. This will make it easier to decorate the dish.

Compound:

  • 0.4 kg beef pulp;
  • 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • blend of peppers and salt - to taste;
  • a little refined vegetable oil;
  • 0.1 l of filtered water;
  • 1 onion.

On a note! To prepare this dish, you need to take a large onion so that the rings are large.

Preparation:

  1. Defrost the beef pulp. Wash it, dry it and grind it in a meat grinder.
  2. To make the cutlets stick well, beat the minced meat a little on the table.
  3. Add salt and a mixture of peppers to taste.
  4. Pour in filtered water and mix the minced meat thoroughly for about 7-10 minutes.

  • 50 gr. butter;
  • salt, allspice to taste;
  • breadcrumbs - as needed.

Add egg yolk, salt and ground allspice to the minced meat, mix thoroughly and beat. Beating minced meat involves taking a lump of minced meat in your hands and throwing it forcefully into a bowl. Divide the minced meat into four parts, forming a round cake from each.

Roll minced steaks in breadcrumbs. Fry them in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side. Separately, cook scrambled eggs in butter. If there are no special molds, then it is better to fry one egg at a time, trying to achieve smooth edges of the fried egg. Place fried eggs on the finished steaks and serve the dish with any side dish.

What to serve with steak

Traditionally, steak is eaten with sauces. You can take any, be it regular ketchup, spicy adjika or French mustard. You can grease the plate with it before placing the steak or serve it separately in a gravy boat.

As for side dishes, the classic option is French fries or baked in pieces, but you can also serve meat with cereals, mashed potatoes or just vegetables. Beer also goes well with steak if you like this drink.

Pork steak with egg in the oven

You can cook a steak in the oven; we will cook it from minced pork.

  • 700 gr. pork pulp;
  • 0.5 glasses of milk;
  • 9 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 gr. cheese;
  • salt, pepper, fresh herbs, suneli hops to taste.

Pass the pork through a meat grinder. It is advisable to use a grill with large holes. Grind the onion together with the pork. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add finely chopped herbs and suneli hops. Put one raw yolk. Mix well and beat out the minced meat.

Divide the minced meat into eight pieces. From each piece we form a boat-shaped cutlet. Place the pieces on a baking sheet greased with oil.

You can use foil or parchment to prevent the cutlets from sticking to the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then remove the pan with the steaks from the oven. Pour finely grated cheese into the recesses of the “boats”. Then break one raw egg there. You need to break it very carefully so as not to damage the yolk. Place in the oven and bake until the eggs are ready, about 15 minutes.

Cooking process

The minced meat for this dish is made exactly the same as in the first recipe. The meat is ground in a meat grinder along with the onions, and then mixed with salt, beaten egg and pepper.

The prepared minced meat should be formed into large round balls, and then fried over maximum heat (in vegetable oil) until golden brown. In this case, the thickness of the products may remain damp.

After heat treatment on the stove, the meat balls should be placed in a deep baking dish, and then poured over them with thoroughly beaten eggs, sprinkled with spices and chopped herbs. It is also recommended to cover all products with onion rings. In this form, the form must be placed in the oven and cooked at a temperature of 210 degrees Celsius for half an hour. During this time, minced steaks should become as soft and tasty as possible.

Beefsteak with poached egg

You can cook steak with a poached egg, it will turn out very tasty and original.

  • 300 gr. Fillet of beef;
  • 200 gr. pork fillet;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 500 silt of water;
  • 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
  • salt, black pepper, vegetable oil - as needed.

The meat should be minced. Grind the onions together with the meat. The prepared minced meat should be salted and peppered, and then kneaded well and beaten. Divide the minced meat into three parts, forming three large round steaks.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. The oil must be hot, but it should not burn.

Important! If you place steaks in a cold frying pan, a crust will not form, which protects the meat from losing its juiciness.

Place the steaks in the hot oil and immediately reduce the heat to medium. Fry for about 7 minutes, then turn over and continue frying until done, that is, about 7 more minutes.

Let's prepare poached eggs. A small saucepan or saucepan is suitable for cooking. Pour water into it and bring to a boil. Salt the water, pour vinegar into it. Vinegar is necessary so that the protein quickly sets and does not spread.

Break the egg into a small bowl; the yolk must be whole. Stir the water in the saucepan in a circle with a spoon to form a funnel. Carefully pour the egg into this funnel.   2. If the steak is prepared from minced meat or minced meat, it is better to pound it for some time to reduce the risk of falling apart during frying;
