  • chicken fillet – 300 g;
  • butter – 20 g;

  1. Place butter in a frying pan and heat it up. Chicken fillet is fried on it, which is previously cut into small cubes. Fry the meat over high heat with continuous stirring for 3 minutes.

  2. The fillet is flavored with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Champignon slices are added to the chicken. The mass is fried over high heat. There is no need to interrupt stirring.

  3. When the liquid has boiled away, add flour and ground pepper to the mixture. The mass is flavored with salt and nutmeg in combination with other spices.

  4. Next, 50% of the amount of cream specified in the recipe is poured into the pan. The broth also goes here.
