  • a pinch of sea salt.

For the filling you will need:

  • 250 grams of frozen spinach;
  • 200 grams of feta cheese;
  • 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes in oil;
  • a teaspoon of dried oregano;
  • two tablespoons of olive oil;
  • ground black pepper and sea salt - to taste.

Let's make a delicious pie

This spinach quiche recipe has a few things going for it. First, mix together the salt, flour and butter, cut into cubes. The milk is whisked together with the egg yolks and then poured into the dough.

Having rolled the resulting mass into a ball, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in plastic.
