  5. Divide the resulting minced meat into equal pieces. Pour the required amount of breadcrumbs onto a plate. Roll each piece into balls, which are then added to the breading mixture. To prepare garlic sauce:

  • Sour cream – 3-4 spoons.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Dill - several sprigs.

Cooking process step by step:

1. Boil the potatoes, mash them, adding butter, milk, salt and your favorite spices. When the mixture has cooled, beat in the egg and mix thoroughly; there should be no lumps in this mass.

  5. While the minced meat is cooling, peel the prepared potatoes and boil them either simply in a saucepan on the stove or in a slow cooker, but in any case, the water needs to be salted
  6. Drain the liquid from the finished potatoes, let them cool for 5-6 minutes and beat in a raw chicken egg. Make a puree (you can add a little salt), preferably without lumps - the mass should be homogeneous. Add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour there and mix thoroughly again.
  7. The quality of potato dough can be determined this way: scoop the puree into a spoon, turn it over and hold it for a few seconds. If the contents remain on the device, then you did everything correctly.
  8. Now you can form potato cakes, calculating them according to the number of servings - in this case you should get 6 or 12 pieces (choose the size yourself). Distribute all the available minced meat over them, placing it in the middle.
  9. Now cover the filling with the flatbread dough - you should end up with something like a large pie. Roll all six ready-made meals in breadcrumbs.

How to bake chicken cutlets with cheese in the oven in an unusual way

Covered in a coat of cheese, grated potatoes and nuts, these easy-to-prepare chicken cutlets are delicious with a tangy, nutty flavor.

Hazelnuts can be replaced with seeds and other nuts.

  1. We pre-wash, dry and clean all products.
  2. Roast and chop the hazelnut kernels; grate the cheese.
  3. Mix cheese with mayonnaise, paprika and hazelnuts.
  4. We form cutlets from the minced meat and bread them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Now quickly fry the cutlets in a frying pan and transfer them to a baking sheet greased with oil.
  6. Then grate the potatoes using a coarse/medium grater and generously sprinkle each cutlet with it, lightly pressing it into the meat.
  7. Pour a small amount of water onto a baking sheet and place the cutlets in a hot oven.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-190°C, the first 20-25 minutes under foil.

5-10 minutes before cooking, cover each cutlet with the cheese and nut mixture and continue baking.
