  • egg;
  • 50 g flour;
  • sunflower oil, salt and pepper.

Step-by-step cooking instructions:

  1. Pieces of cod are prepared, which are salted, seasoned and sprinkled with juice obtained from lemon.
  2. While the fish preparations are being salted, mayonnaise, egg, flour and pre-grated cheese are mixed in a container.
  3. A container is placed on the stove into which a fairly large volume of oil is poured.

Cod with lemon-ginger sauce

Ingredients: 550 g cod fillet, 2 large lemons, 1 tbsp. l. grated ginger, 80 g butter, 2 tbsp. l. water, salt, 2 tsp. Sahara.
