This time I decided to limit myself to a mixture of Provençal herbs and freshly ground pepper. Add the oil and mix thoroughly with your hands. It is advisable to set aside at least half an hour for marinating to make the chicken more flavorful. Simply cover and leave the wings at room temperature for no more than 1 hour. For longer marinating, you should put them in the refrigerator.

  6. Set the multicooker to “Porridge” mode for 25 minutes.
  7. Place the meat on a plate and decorate with herbs.

Juicy wings with potatoes baked in a slow cooker

To prepare 3 servings of the dish you will need:

chicken wings - 5-6 pcs.potatoes - 6-7 pcs. medium size
odorless sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp. l. paprika, turmeric, rosemary - in arbitrary proportions
dried thyme - a large pinchsalt - 0.75-1 tsp.

To prepare the dish, take:

1. Fry the washed, dried chicken until golden brown in half the specified amount of oil. The recommended mode is “Frying”, cooking duration is 5-6 minutes per barrel.

2. Peel and chop the vegetables. There are no restrictions on the types of vegetables; you can use any that you like or have in stock. A universal option is potatoes, carrots and onions. You can add seasonal vegetables to this set - cauliflower, eggplant, zucchini. The size of cutting vegetables will depend on their density, so during the stewing process they will cook as evenly as possible. 4. Add wings to vegetables, add spices and salt, stir. Fill with water or broth so that the food is completely immersed in the liquid.

5. Close the multicooker and set the “Stew” mode for 1 hour. Depending on the power of your appliance, the cooking time may vary up or down.

Advice:

5-7 minutes before the end of cooking, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream to the dish - you will get a tasty, satisfying gravy.
6. Serve warm or hot.

How to make with potatoes

Chicken wings with potatoes are a good option for both the holiday table and everyday work.

To make a tender and satisfying dish, you need:

  • chicken wings – 8-10 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 700 g;
  • sour cream – 200 ml;
  • one onion;
  • one carrot;
  • a pinch of curry;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • black peppercorns – 5 pcs.;
  • vegetable or olive oil – 20 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the meat and cut it into two parts.
  2. We clean the vegetables: potatoes, onions, carrots, wash them under running water.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and divide the potatoes lengthwise into several parts.
  4. Pour oil into the bowl and set the “Frying” mode for 15 minutes. Place the wings there and cook until the end of the program.
