How to cook meat the Kremlin style:

  1. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse thoroughly.
  2. Cut the onion into rings.
  3. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Cut the butter into large cubes.
  5. Cut the meat into medium pieces across the grain.
  6. Place pieces of meat in a cauldron or pan with thick walls.
  7. On top of the meat are onion rings.
  8. Pour warm or hot boiled water (150 ml) on top.
  9. On top of the onion are pieces of butter.
  10. — Close the pan with a lid and place on the highest heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for an hour (do not lift the lid!). – If you cook in a slow cooker: set it to “stew” mode, close it, and forget about it for an hour.
  11. When 60 minutes have passed, throw finely chopped pieces of 10 cloves of garlic into the pan. Also add 1 tbsp. l. Sugar, 1 tbsp. l. Salt and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.
  12. Cook for another hour, do not open the lid.

Products:

  • boiling water - 1.5 cups;
  • milk - 1.5 cups;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • flour - 1.5 cups (the dough should be thinner than for pancakes);
  • butter - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • granulated sugar - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • salt - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • vanilla.

How to cook pancakes in boiling water:

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt and vanilla. Next, whisking the mixture, add milk and gradually add flour. Without ceasing to beat, pour in the melted butter, and then boiling water in a thin stream. Leave the dough for half an hour so that all ingredients are mixed harmoniously. And then we start baking.

Pour the dough into a heated frying pan in a thin layer, wait 1-2 minutes (moisture leaves the surface of the pancake), and then turn it over. By the way, if the frying pan is not special, then before baking you should pour a little vegetable oil on it, which should be spread in a thin layer over the entire surface using a piece of cotton wool or a paper towel. If you like pancakes with filling, choose traditional ones (curd, mushroom, berry, etc.) or come up with your own.

  • one medium onion;
  • one tablespoon of premium wheat flour;
  • one tablespoon of potato starch;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil for frying (refined);
  • pepper, salt to taste.

Salad is a mystery for guests. Step by step recipe

Take a deep bowl and plate. Break three chicken eggs. Salt, pepper and mix with a fork.

Add a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of starch. Mix everything well again. You should get a homogeneous mass.

Now we need a frying pan in which you usually bake pancakes. Pour a little vegetable oil and rub it with a napkin over the entire surface of the pan and on the sides.

Remove excess oil using the same paper napkin.

We do not cut the chicken meat, but tear it off in small portions and separate it into thin fibers.

Now take a deep bowl in which we will mix all the prepared ingredients. We transfer them into it. Add mayonnaise. Mix everything well.

Cooking sweet and sour beef stew with onions

How can I get a recipe that my husband likes? We clean the beef fillet from films and cut it into cubes. You can cut them to your taste, larger or smaller, but experience shows that larger pieces (about 3 by 3 cm) are juicier and tastier. We wash the prepared meat; Let the water drain completely.

We peel the onions and chop them finely so that the dish has its aroma and juiciness, but the onion scales themselves do not interfere with the appearance or taste.

Pour oil into the cauldron and let it warm up. Add chopped beef and onion. Sprinkle the whole thing with soda on top (to make the beef soft and tender) and add half a glass of cold water. Salt and pepper to taste.

Be very careful during the first hour! When boiling, there will be a lot of foaming, so I recommend, firstly, reducing the heat to minimum, and secondly, opening the lid slightly. After some time, the foam will disappear and you can close the lid.

But we don’t increase the heating - we continue to cook on low and beyond. Simmer the beef for about two hours. During this time, the onion will almost become invisible in the dish, saturating the meat with everything it needs.

Now it’s time to give our stew recipe a sweet and sour flavor. To do this, sprinkle the almost finished beef with sugar and fill it with tomato paste diluted with half a glass of water. Mix well and simmer for another twenty to thirty minutes. Do not forget to stir the contents of the container during this period.

To prepare the Napoleon cake in a frying pan, beat eggs with sugar, add soft butter, salt, soda (quench with vinegar) and 2.5 cups of flour (the remaining flour will be used for rolling out the cakes).

Knead the dough and leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes. I measured the amount of flour and sugar in 250 ml glasses.

At this time, prepare the cream for the Napoleon cake. Mix the eggs and sugar well.

Then add flour, mix and dilute with cold milk.

Place on low heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously with a whisk to avoid lumps and to prevent the cream from burning.

When the cream boils, remove from heat, add vanillin and set aside to cool. Roll out the dough into a sausage shape and divide it into 14 pieces.

Roll out each piece to approximately the size of the frying pan (I have a frying pan diameter of 20-21 cm).

Bake the cakes in a preheated frying pan, medium heat, dry pan. The cakes bake very quickly, be careful not to burn.

To make the cake perfectly smooth, cut each layer while still hot and place a plate of a slightly smaller diameter on it.

I didn’t do this, but baked all the cakes at once, and then carefully, trying not to break the cake, I used ordinary kitchen scissors (without a plate) to level the cakes.

We save the trimmings from the cake layers to sprinkle on the cake. Don’t worry if the cake breaks, everything will be glued together later with cream.

Lubricate each cake with warm cream, do not skimp on the cream.

Grind the nuts and cake scraps using a blender.

Sprinkle the resulting crumbs over the cake on all sides. We give it time to soak in.

Cooking meat like a king begins with preparing all the ingredients. Cut the pork tenderloin (I used the thigh) into slices half a centimeter thick, across the grain. Before cutting, it is recommended to put the meat in the freezer and let it freeze slightly. This will make it easier to cut into even pieces. Please note that pieces of meat with large veins and films are not suitable for royal cooking.

Salt and pepper the pieces of meat. If you like spicy dishes, you don't have to spare pepper.

Cut the peeled onions into half rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut crosswise into thin slices. It is advisable to use tomatoes that are small in size and have firm, elastic flesh. Cherry and cream tomatoes are perfect for these purposes.

Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Grate the hard cheese. Use cheese of varieties that melt well, forming a smooth and uniform crust. Sprinkle the pork pieces with onions.

Place it on a baking sheet lined and greased with vegetable oil. Place mushrooms on top.

Grease the meat with sour cream.
