  • 1 small spoon (teaspoon, not dessert) salt;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of granulated sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the dough - mix water, sugar, yeast and 4 tablespoons of flour prepared specifically for this purpose in a deep bowl.
  2. Leave the dough to mature in a warm place for 20 minutes.
  3. After the specified time, the mixture should rise noticeably.
  4. Add salt and oil to the future dough (olive is preferable, but sunflower is also possible).
  5. Slowly add the remaining flour and knead.
  6. After thorough mixing, the dough should be elastic, soft, and not stick to your hands.

Without yeast and eggs

The proposed recipe will significantly save time and, in a sense, help maintain your figure. By following his instructions, you can prepare excellent dough without yeast or eggs.

You will need:

  • half a glass of warm water (about 150 milliliters);
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil – sunflower oil is suitable, but Italians prefer olive oil;
  • 2 cups premium wheat flour;
  • a small pinch of salt.

  1. Achieve a reaction by pouring baking soda into sour cream (it is advisable to take a product with 15% fat content) and leaving everything for 3 minutes.

If you don’t have kefir or sour cream on hand, you can make the dough for delicious pizza using water.

You will need:

  • 200 milliliters of ordinary water at room temperature;
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil (can be replaced with sunflower oil);
  • 2 full glasses of flour and another half a glass (the exact amount will become clear during the kneading process);
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and baking powder.

Cooking method:

  1. Add baking powder and salt to flour.
  2. Be sure to sift the resulting flour mixture 2, or preferably 3 times.
  3. Take deep dishes of large diameter.
  4. Pour flour into the bowl, forming a mound.
  5. Make a fairly large depression in the center of the slide.
  6. Fill the hole first with oil and then with water.
  7. Using a large knife or flat spatula, knead the dough as much as possible.
  8. Remove the cutlery and continue kneading by hand (approximately 6 minutes).
  9. Roll the finished dough into a ball, wrap it and hide it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.

  1. Measure out the required amount of warm boiled water. Take warm water, not hot. If you put your finger in the water, it should feel nice, not hot. Dissolve honey and add dry yeast.
  2. Leave the liquid for 10 minutes in a warm place. The mixture should foam, this is a good sign - the yeast is of good quality and the dough will be perfect.
  3. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, make a small hole in the center and pour in water with dissolved yeast and honey, add vegetable oil.
  4. Gather the flour towards the center and mix all the ingredients with your hands.
  5. Knead the elastic and soft dough for 7-8 minutes. The dough will easily come away from your hands, and you will understand that you have kneaded it enough.
  6. Now you need to give the dough time to rise - 30 minutes will be enough. Place the dough in a warm and quiet place.

Be sure to drape a clean towel over the dough to keep the surface soft.

  1. At this stage, you can turn on the oven to warm up and the warm air from it will help the dough to increase. The dough ball should become twice as large.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 even parts and use your hands to spread one part of the dough into a layer. We recommend taking the bottom of a springform pan, grease it with a drop of vegetable oil and spread the dough, forming a side with your fingers. The finished pizza will be the correct shape and will not burn.

You can do it more traditionally - add a little flour, roll out a circle of the desired size with a rolling pin and place it on parchment paper and on a baking sheet. Adjust the thickness of the cake as desired, I like it thinner (about 3 mm).

Yeast-free dough without eggs

But you can prepare a wide variety of pizza: just margherita, vegetable, and cheese - the flight of imagination is inexhaustible! To do this, you will need red sauce, which you can prepare yourself, your favorite cheese (preferably mozzarella and Parmesan) and all kinds of fillings.

Mayonnaise dough without eggs

This yeast dough with mayonnaise without eggs turns out to be extremely tasty and nutritious, despite its non-canonical recipe, it amazes with its taste and consistency.

  • 30 g dry yeast;
  • 30 g sugar;
  • 125 ml mayonnaise;
  • 30 g salt;

Pour the yeast with warm drinking water, stir slightly and leave for 20 minutes so that it “wake up”. Pour the previously sifted flour into a separate deep container. Stir well, place on a table sprinkled with flour, and begin to knead the dough with your hands, periodically adding flour. You should get a soft dough. The base can be thin, crispy or fluffy, soft - it depends on your preferences and taste. The filling can be made from any set of products, but the base tastes best from yeast dough.

Add salt, sugar, yeast to the bowl with flour. Mix the mass. Don't forget to sift the flour through a sieve. Heat cow's milk to 30 degrees, pour into flour, mix. You can stir with any device, the main thing is to do it carefully.

Add vegetable oil, stir again. Pour in warm water. Stir until no dry flour remains. You need to mix it with your hands, trying to collect all the flour crumbs into a single mass. When the mass is plastic and stops crumbling, the batch is ready. Now we need to give him time to come.

Place a lump of dough in a bowl, cover with cling film. If the room is not very warm, you can additionally cover it with a kitchen towel.

To ferment the dough, a certain temperature and the absence of drafts are necessary, otherwise the fermentation process will not begin.

After 35–40 minutes, the dough should “rise,” that is, approximately double in volume.

It takes a little longer to prepare yeast dough than fresh dough, but the baked goods turn out much tastier. The reward for your work will be a ruddy, fluffy pizza. This recipe can also be suitable for baking non-sweet pies filled with meat, vegetables or cottage cheese.

Dough with sour cream without eggs

Among other things, I simply recommend taking note of the recipe for this sour cream dough - with it you can prepare not only delicious pizza, but also open-faced pies, cakes, and fried pies. Well, be sure to try the pizza - the dough is excellent: you don’t have to wait for it to rise, everything is prepared quickly and simply, it turns out decently and wonderfully.

Under no circumstances should you knead for a long time - the soda will quickly react with the acidic medium, all the air will escape, and the dough will turn out rubbery and dense. The less you play with it, the better. The less flour it takes from you, the better. And the sooner you cook it, the better.

Well, that's it, there will be no more instructions. Round and roll into a layer. Spread the sauce on top, lay out the filling, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Ready. The dough turns out finely porous, soft, pleasant and quite palpable.

Batter without eggs

  • starch – 30 g;
  • soda – 3 g;

Batter for pizza in a frying pan without eggs

When you need to quickly prepare delicious pizza for breakfast or dinner, you can do it not in the oven, but in a frying pan. To do this, you will have to knead a special batter, into which you also do not need to put eggs.

You will need:

  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of regular potato starch;
  • from 1 to 1.5 cups of flour (from 200 to 300 grams, which will be determined during kneading);
  • 1 cup (200-250 milliliters) low-fat kefir;
  • half a teaspoon each of soda, salt and sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix soda with kefir and wait a couple of minutes for quenching to occur.
  2. Add salt, sugar and starch there.
  3. Stir.
  4. Without ceasing to stir, add the pre-sifted flour in measured doses.
