One of the most popular orange pie recipes is one that requires no baking. The fresh aroma of oranges gives it a zest, and the ease of preparation does not require special skills and does not take much time. In winter, such a pie is especially relevant, because the taste of oranges improves your mood.
How to make “Quick Orange Pie”
Mix and bring 100-120 grams of sugar and water to a boil (the syrup should thicken slightly).
Place thinly sliced oranges into the syrup and boil them over low heat, covered, for 7-8 minutes.
Beat the remaining granulated sugar with the eggs. Then place the pre-softened butter in the same bowl and mix it thoroughly until smooth. Now add the zest of one orange and mix everything well again.
Mix flour with baking powder, gradually add it to the resulting egg-butter mixture. The dough will be quite light and liquid.
Line a baking pan with parchment and place orange slices boiled in syrup on the bottom. Here you can experiment: the final appearance of the pie will depend on how you arrange the oranges. I lay them out in the form of a flower, it is very simple and at the same time beautiful.
Now, carefully, so as not to displace the laid out orange circles, fill them with dough, smooth it out - and you can send the pie to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the orange pie for 25-30 minutes, slightly reducing the heat so that the temperature is at 180 degrees.
Check readiness with a toothpick or a torch: when there are no traces of dough left on them, the pie is ready. Now remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool, and only then remove it from the pan, turn it over and remove the parchment.

There are about 375 kcal in 100 grams. Required composition of products:
- margarine – 100 g;
- egg – 1 pc.,
- flour – 1.5 cups;
- tangerine zest – 2 tablespoons;
- sugar – 0.5 cups;
- salt - a pinch;
- vanillin – 1 g;
- soda - on the tip of a knife.

How to prepare cookies with tangerine zest:
- Grind sugar with egg, add softened margarine.
- Add flour, tangerine zest, add all the remaining ingredients, knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough, cut out cookies using cookie cutters or by hand.
- Sprinkle a baking tray with flour, place cookies on it, bake at 170-175 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
