How to cook chicken medallions in a slow cooker

Thaw the meat for medallions in advance. Cut the chicken breast off the bone and remove the skin. Rinse the fillet with running water and dry. Take a knife and cut the breast into pieces 1 cm thick. You need to cut the meat across the grain.


Sprinkle meat steaks with salt and chicken seasoning, grind the spices into medallions.

What do you need:

  • whole chicken - about 1.5 kg;
  • sour apple - about 0.2 kg;

  • vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • salt, paprika, curry - to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Prepare the chicken carcass and rub it with a mixture of pepper, chopped garlic, other seasonings and salt.
  2. Cut the apple into small slices and place inside the chicken.
  3. Sew or secure with toothpicks.
  4. Grease the multivac bowl and place the chicken in it on its back.
  5. Start the baking program for 45 minutes.
  6. Turn the chicken over and bake it for the same amount of time.

What do you need:

  • chicken breast fillet – 0.4 kg;
  • canned pineapples – 50 g;
  • cheese – 50 g;

How to cook:

  1. Wash and dry chicken breast fillets (2 pieces), and make a deep cut in each with a knife.
  2. Finely grate the cheese and divide in half.
  3. Mix one part of cheese with mayonnaise and finely chopped pineapples and seasonings
  4. Stuff chicken fillet with sauce and secure with toothpicks. Brush the remaining sauce onto the fillets.
  5. Place in a greased multicooker bowl and turn on the “baking” program for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
  7. Turn on the baking mode for another quarter of an hour.

It wouldn't hurt to serve the chicken fillet with sweet and sour sauce. Any side dish is suitable, but rice is best.
