  1. To create the dish, you will need a wok or deep dish with a non-stick coating.

  2. First, you need to warm the container well with sunflower oil, then place finely chopped chicken fillet in the bowl.
  3. Next, you need to pour lemon juice and Chinese sauce into the frying pan, after which you should mix the chicken pieces well and fry them over medium heat.
  4. When the chopped meat acquires a golden hue, the poultry meat must be transferred to a plate. In the vacant space, you need to pour the finely chopped lower parts of the stems of green onions, chopped garlic cloves, and carrots shaped into strips.
  5. Each component added in turn should be fried for a few seconds, after which you need to put butter fat, boiled rice and cilantro into a container.

  4. Turn up the heat and fry the vegetables, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.

  • bell pepper – 10 pcs.;
  • large onions – 2 pcs.;
  • round rice - 2/3 cup;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • tomato – 3 pcs.;
  • sugar – ½ tsp;

Preparation:

  1. Cut off the top of the washed pepper and remove the seeds.
  2. Add salt to the rice and boil it until half cooked on the stove or in the oven. Rinse under running cold water.
