A very simple recipe for meat with onions in a frying pan does not prevent it from being one of the most favorite dishes of many, and especially men. So there is no need for frills, you can conquer a man quickly and easily!

In wine sauce with vegetables

To prepare pork tenderloin in wine sauce with vegetables, you should prepare the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork tenderloin;
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 1/2 tsp. table salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped pepper;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oils;
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 10 g parsley;
  • 250 ml dry white wine;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g breadcrumbs.

Detailed description of the cooking process:

  1. First you need to wash the pork tenderloin under running cool water, dry it with a paper towel and remove the films. There is no need to trim the fat from a piece of meat. Now the tenderloin should be cut into medium-sized portions.
  2. Then you can peel the red onion and chop it into half rings of medium thickness. Carrots can also be washed under running water, peeled with a vegetable peeler and cut into slices of the same thickness.
  3. Now you can grease the frying pan with olive oil, heat it and place onion half rings along with slices of carrots on the bottom. Sift 2 tbsp into a bowl through a sieve. l. flour and roll the tenderloin pieces in it on all sides. Place the pork on top of the vegetables, cover the pan and simmer the ingredients a little until the carrots are soft.
  4. Next, pour in the wine, bring the liquid to a boil and reduce the heat to low. The dish should be simmered in wine for about 40 - 45 minutes, stirring the ingredients periodically. In 10 min. Before the end of cooking, add table salt and both peppers.
  5. After the finished meat, you need to transfer it to a plate, and pour the remaining flour into the sauce and mix. The sauce should be simmered until it thickens.
  6. Then you can break the eggs into a separate bowl, separate the yolks from the whites and place them in another container.

  7. The yolk should be beaten until smooth using a fork. You also need to pour breadcrumbs into a clean plate.
  8. Now each piece of fried pork needs to be placed in the yolk, then rolled in breading and put the pieces of pork in a separate frying pan, greased with oil. The meat must be quickly fried over maximum heat until golden on both sides.
  9. Next, you can spread the parsley leaves along the sides of the serving plate, place a portion of breaded pork in the center and pour the wine sauce and vegetables over the meat. Other portions should be formed in the same way and served.

With mushrooms

The prepared ingredients will be enough to prepare 6 servings of pork tenderloin with mushrooms:

Pork tenderloin in a frying pan (cooking recipes contain various ingredients, for example, mushrooms) is prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to wash the tenderloin under running water, dry it with a paper towel and chop it into medium-sized pieces. Place the meat in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil and fry until golden brown on both sides over high heat. The fried pieces of tenderloin should be transferred to a plate.
  2. Then you can peel the onion, cut it into half rings, wash the carrots under water, peel them with a vegetable peeler and grate them on a coarse grater. Vegetables should be fried in the remaining sunflower oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Now you need to move the vegetables to the edge of the frying pan, return the pieces of tenderloin, add a little table salt and ground pepper and cover the meat with vegetable frying. Then you can add water to the components, set the heat to minimum and simmer the components for about 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, you can pour sunflower oil into another frying pan and add pre-washed and chopped wild mushrooms. Mushrooms need to be fried for about 10 minutes. until excess moisture evaporates.
  5. After that, you will need to break the eggs into a bowl, remove the yolks using a plastic bottle, and pour sour cream into the whites, add table salt and beat the ingredients with a fork until a single mass is obtained.
  6. Now you can add fried mushrooms to the meat and vegetables in the frying pan, pour in the sour cream and egg mixture, mix the ingredients thoroughly, cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes until the filling becomes thick.

Mashed potatoes are suitable as a side dish for pork tenderloin with mushrooms.

With walnuts

To prepare the dish you will need the following set of ingredients:

  • 600 g pork tenderloin;
  • 100 g walnuts;
  • 250 ml cream;
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • freshly ground pepper;
  • table salt.

Pork tenderloin in a frying pan according to this recipe is prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to wash the pork tenderloin, pat dry with a dry towel, cut into slices, cover with cling film and beat using a hammer.
  2. Then you will need to rub the pieces with table salt and freshly ground pepper, pour sunflower oil into a deep frying pan, place the pieces of meat in it and fry for 5-6 minutes. from each side.
  3. Afterwards, you need to grind the walnuts until crumbly, put them in a frying pan and fry in the remaining oil over low heat for 6 minutes. Then you need to add lemon juice and heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Next, put the butter, pour in the cream, add the required amount of table salt, freshly ground pepper, stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.

With cheese

To prepare pork tenderloin with cheese, you need the following:

  • pork tenderloin – 500 g;

  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • seasoning for meat – 1 tsp;
  • sunflower oil – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • table salt;
  • dried herbs;
  • freshly ground pepper.

Main stages of preparation:

  1. First you need to wash the pork tenderloin, dry it with a napkin and cut into portions, the thickness of which is 10-12 mm.
  2. Afterwards, you need to rub the pieces of pork with spices, pour sunflower oil into the frying pan, heat it up, put the meat in it and fry on each side for 2 minutes.
  3. Then you need to turn on the minimum heat and grate the cheese using a grater with a large grate.

  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the meat, cover and cook until the cheese has melted.
  5. Now you need to sprinkle the prepared dish with dried herbs, remove from the heat and divide into portions.

With tangerine and soy sauce

To prepare pork tenderloin with tangerine and soy sauce, you need the following ingredients:

  • 500 g pork tenderloin;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 tangerine;
  • 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 20 g ginger root;
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato sauce;
  • 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
  • 1/4 tsp. chopped cinnamon;
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds.

Pork tenderloin in a frying pan (cooking recipes can be varied by adding tangerine and soy sauce) is prepared as follows:

  1. First you need to wash the tenderloin, trim off any visible fat and remove the films. Now the pork should be cut into slices 5–6 mm thick.
  2. Then you can peel the tangerine and divide it into slices. The bell pepper must be cut into 2 parts, the partitions with seeds removed and the pepper cut into strips. The ginger root needs to be cut into very small pieces with a knife.
  3. Now you can pour sunflower oil into the frying pan, heat it and add the pork. The meat should be fried until golden brown over high heat, then add chopped pepper and continue to fry until soft.
  4. Next, you can add tangerine slices and chopped ginger to the frying pan and fry the dish for about 2 minutes, constantly stirring the ingredients.
  5. Then you can pour in soy and tomato sauce, add ground cinnamon, mix the ingredients and keep the frying pan on the fire for at least 2 minutes.
  6. Next, place the pork tenderloin with bell pepper on one half of a large plate, place tangerine slices on the other side and sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.

Ready tenderloin with tangerine and soy sauce can be served with boiled rice and corn.

With onion

To prepare pork tenderloin with onions, you will need the following ingredients.

  • 2 tbsp. semi-sweet red wine;
  • 1 tsp. table salt;
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper.

  1. The first step is to prepare the tenderloin. To do this, you need to cut off all visible fat, remove the films and wash the piece of pork under running cold water. The tenderloin will need to be chopped into medallions approximately 5 mm thick.
  2. Then you need to peel the onions and chop them into half rings. Place the onion with medallions in a deep bowl, add table salt and freshly ground pepper and mix the ingredients with your hands. The workpiece should be left in this form for 10 minutes.
  3. Now you should pour red wine, mix the ingredients again so that the onion becomes soft, and remove the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes.
  4. Next, you need to separate the onion from the meat and place it on a hot frying pan greased with sunflower oil. Onion half rings must be fried until golden brown.

  5. Then you need to add medallions to the onion and continue to fry the components, setting the heat to maximum, until the meat is covered with a golden crust. If necessary, you can add salt to the pork during the frying process.

The finished dish should be served with pomegranate or tomato sauce.
