1. I really love cooking pork tenderloin chops. Sometimes I also use the neck if I want juicier meat. Thanks to the batter, the chops turn out surprisingly tender and soft.
2. Cut the meat into pieces no more than 1 centimeter thick. We will salt and season before sending it into batter. Better yet, add all the spices to the batter itself.
3. Beat the meat on both sides with a kitchen hammer. I usually get about 12 chops from a kilo of tenderloin.
4. Now we make the batter: beat the eggs with spices, salt and mayonnaise. It is not necessary to use a mixer; this can be done with a regular whisk.
5. Gradually add flour and beat until thick sour cream. At the end, add grated cheese and mix until smooth.
6. Dip the chops on both sides in batter and place in the pan. Fry them in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until nicely browned.
7. That's it! So quickly you can prepare an appetizing and satisfying second course. While the chops are roasting, I usually prepare a side dish or make a vegetable salad.

- Cut 865 grams of pork meat into seven equal parts and lightly beat.
- In a bowl, combine two eggs, 65 milliliters of milk, finely chopped herbs (9 sprigs), 55 grams of adjika, 3 grams of turmeric, 2 grams of salt and whisk very thoroughly.
- Add 55 grams of flour to the resulting mixture and stir to form a lump-free batter.
- Pour 30 grams of flour into a separate plate and lightly roll each chop in it.
- Heat 25 milliliters of sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the chops until lightly browned and transfer to a plate.
- Heat a frying pan with 40 milliliters of sunflower oil, dip each chop in the batter and fry in a frying pan on both sides until the batter is browned.
- We transfer the finished chops to a convenient plate and can serve immediately.

You don't have to be a chef to make good chops. You just need to stock up on the necessary products and strictly follow the advice of experts. Thus, experienced chefs claim that it is not at all difficult to cook, for example, pork chops in batter in a frying pan. Even a novice housewife can do this. To work in this case you will need:
- for 400 grams of pork fillet 1 egg, salt, 50 grams of flour, half a glass of milk, ground paprika and pepper, as well as vegetable oil.

- 700 grams of pork, 4 eggs, ground pepper, 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds, salt, 100 grams of flour, 4 onions, vegetable oil.
The chops are prepared in a very unusual way:
- Cut the washed meat into pieces and beat them well. After this, the workpieces must be salted and peppered properly.
- To make the batter, first beat the egg with a fork. After this, all that remains is to add flour and sesame seeds.
