For many people today, chicken has become almost the only source of animal proteins. And what? Chickens are relatively cheap meat, which, moreover, is excellent for soups and main courses, for appetizers and salads. The meat is light and satisfying at the same time. And how many dishes can be prepared from chicken! For example, have you ever tried baking chicken fillet in the oven?

Do not think that the recipe for this dish is universal. In fact, there are so many options for preparing it that you will need a lot of time to try each recipe in practice. Chicken fillet in foil

The recipe is surprisingly simple! Absolutely anyone can prepare such a dish, and the chicken itself will be juicy and flavorful. By the way, if you prefer tasty but light food, then chicken prepared in this way is what you need.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pieces of chicken breasts;
  • Spices;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

White chicken meat is considered dietary. But not everyone can cook it so that the meat turns out juicy. However, chicken breast in foil will definitely turn out like this. So, turn on the oven and leave it to warm up to 200-220 degrees. Carefully remove the white chicken meat from the bones and lightly beat it. By the way, if you do not have a special hammer, then this can be done with an ordinary knife with a heavy handle.

Now take the foil and unwind the piece to spread the meat on it. Sprinkle the foil with salt and spices and place the chicken pieces on it. We also sprinkle the meat with spices and salt. By the way, you can use spices according to your taste. The easiest option is to take ground black pepper.

After this, wrap the meat in foil so that it is in an almost airtight package. Only in this case the chicken will turn out juicy. Once all the ingredients have been prepared, you can start cooking the chicken breast in foil in the oven. Let's prepare the marinade for baking chicken breast. Pour soy sauce into a small bowl. Add table mustard. You can also use Dijon mustard beans.

Pass the peeled garlic cloves through a press into a bowl of marinade.

Add spices. The following spices are suitable for baking chicken breast: paprika, black pepper, coriander, hops-suneli, curry, savory, rosemary, thyme.

Pour olive oil into the marinade. Any vegetable oil combined with soy sauce gives the meat a beautiful crispy crust.

  • Chicken breasts – 3 pieces;
  • Onion – 1 large head;
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves;
  • Potatoes – 5 pieces;
  • Bell pepper – 1-2 pods;
  • Cheese (any hard) – 150 grams
  • Fresh tomatoes – 2 pieces;
  • Sweet corn – 1 jar;
  • Vegetable oil - half a glass;
  • Butter – 2-3 tablespoons.
  • Salt, curry and ground black pepper - at your discretion.

Preparation:

Peel the garlic cloves and onion and chop them on a grater or using a meat grinder (blender). Mix the resulting slurry with vegetable oil and spices and rub the chicken fillet cut into pieces with this mixture. Let the meat marinate for at least one hour.

During this time, you need to peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into cubes and fry them in butter. We remove the potatoes from the frying pan, but do not pour out the oil - we will need it later. Then we peel the tomatoes, wash the bell pepper pods and remove the stems and membranes with seeds. When the chicken is well soaked in the garlic and onion marinade, fry it in butter. Then place sliced ​​tomatoes and sweet peppers on top of the meat and sauté a little again. At the end, add canned corn without marinade, saute for another one or two minutes and remove the pan from the heat.

Place the potatoes in the pan, stir and sprinkle everything with cheese shavings. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about twenty minutes. That's all! Our chicken with vegetables is ready - you can take a sample.

Chicken baked with cheese

The recipe is very similar to the well-known French meat. Only instead of traditional veal we will try to cook chicken fillet.

Ingredients:

  • One chicken fillet;
  • 2-3 garlic cloves;
  • A glass (or a little more) of mayonnaise;
  • 200 grams of any hard cheese;
  • Salt and spices - to taste.

Preparation:

Wash the chicken, dry it and remove the fillet without skin. We cut the meat into pieces designed for one serving, and then lightly beat them on both sides. Now we make a mixture of salt, black pepper and any seasonings to your liking (curry, paprika, Italian or Provençal herbs, basil, etc.). Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken pieces. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop it on a grater and grind it with mayonnaise. Coat the meat with mayonnaise and leave it to marinate for an hour or two.

When the chicken is marinated, turn on the oven, and spread the meat in an even layer on a baking sheet, which must be greased with vegetable oil. We turn the cheese into cheese shavings and generously sprinkle the meat with these shavings. Place the baking sheet with the chicken in the oven and bake the meat and cheese for about half an hour. Serve the chicken with fried potatoes or boiled rice and vegetable salad.

Cooking lemon chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, prepare 4 long sheets of foil (mine were about 15cm long), set aside.
  2. Wash and cut the red potatoes into 2-3 centimeter cubes. Divide equally onto each sheet of foil.
  3. Wash the asparagus and trim the bottoms if necessary. Place 3-4 stalks on each sheet of foil along with the potatoes.
  4. Drizzle one teaspoon of olive oil over each asparagus and potato leaf.
  5. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice onto all four leaves by hand, tossing lightly to coat them completely.
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper and any additional desired spices, stir until evenly coated.
  7. Salt and pepper the meat on each side. Place one fillet on each vegetable pile.
  8. Slice the remaining lemons and place two slices on each piece of chicken.
  9. Fold the edges of the foil over and twist until it is completely covered.
  10. Place all four bags on a baking sheet and place in the oven.
  11. Cook for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Fillet in sour cream sauce

Chicken baked in sour cream sauce acquires a wonderful taste. This recipe will be useful for both lovers of juicy meat and fans of julienne.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 500-700 grams;
  • Sour cream (not a sour cream product!) – 1 cup;
  • Garlic – 3 cloves;
  • Nutmeg - a quarter teaspoon;
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon;
  • Half a lemon;
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

Remove the white meat from the bone, cut into flat pieces, wash and dry. Now add a little pepper and salt to the fillet and place it in a heat-resistant bowl. Turn on the oven so that it has time to warm up, and in the meantime prepare the sour cream sauce. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and place in a saucepan. Add sour cream, soy sauce, nutmeg and squeezed lemon juice. Mix the sauce thoroughly and pour it over the chicken fillet. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for about half an hour. Serve hot or chilled (also very tasty!).

White meat chicken stuffed with mascarpone

Chicken fillet baked with cheese is the perfect solution for a romantic dinner.

You will need:

  • kilogram of chicken (fillet);
  • one hundred grams of mascarpone;
  • fifty milliliters of vegetable oil;
  • a few slices of Parma ham (optional);
  • a clove of chopped garlic;
  • a handful of chopped greens.

Sauce:

  • half a glass of broth;
  • lime juice (freshly squeezed);
  • 50 milliliters of wine (mostly white);
  • a pinch of chili;
  • spoon of oil (vegetable);
  • butter - (1 tablespoon).

Fillet with potatoes

The recipe is far from new, but the classic, as you know, never gets old. Therefore, potatoes with meat are popular in many families. What if you try to cook chicken and potatoes in the oven?

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - about a kilogram;
  • Potatoes - about a kilogram;
  • Onions – 3 onions;
  • Vegetable oil;
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper.

Preparation:

Remove the meat from the bones, wash thoroughly, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Now salt it and sprinkle with black pepper. We clean the onions and cut them into half rings. We also peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes or circles (whatever you like). Turn on the oven so that it has time to warm up, and grease the baking tray with vegetable oil.

First put a layer of chicken meat on a baking sheet, and sprinkle onion rings on top (also half). Place some of the potatoes on the onions and grease them with mayonnaise, and again in the same order: chicken, onions, potatoes, mayonnaise. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake our chicken and potatoes for about forty-five minutes.

Chicken fillet in the sleeve

A baking sleeve is a very convenient invention. Firstly, it prevents fat from splashing on the walls of the oven. Secondly, the meat turns out very juicy. So this recipe is quite suitable for zealous housewives and lovers of juicy and aromatic meat.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 0.5 kg or a little more;
  • Potatoes – 4 large potatoes;
  • Olives - a handful;
  • Fresh tomatoes – 1-2 pieces;
  • Bell pepper – 1 pod;
  • Olive oil;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Fresh herbs;
  • Spices (to taste);
  • Salt;
  • Ground black pepper.

Preparation:

We wash the chicken meat, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the chicken in a bowl, add salt and black pepper and stir. Now cut the tomatoes into cubes, and the pulp of the bell pepper into strips. We also put any spices, pitted olives and chopped fresh herbs into the bowl. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices, and then put them in a bowl as well. Mix the meat with vegetables and fill the baking sleeve with this mixture. We tie the edges of the sleeve with a strong knot, and make several punctures at the top to allow steam to escape.

Turn on the oven and let it warm up to about 200 degrees. Place the sleeve with chicken and vegetables on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, where we bake for about forty minutes. Carefully remove the baked meat and vegetables from the sleeve and place it on a plate. That's all - you can serve it on the table.

Chicken fillet Italian style

If you want to cook chicken fillet baked in the oven, you can find recipes in any cookbook. Baking in foil is very convenient - you don’t need to clean the baking sheet from fat and burnt food. And most importantly, you can bake anything with chicken fillet! This dish is inexpensive, and with Italian seasonings and spices it will taste and smell amazing.

You will need the following products:

  • Chicken breasts - you need two large breasts, which you cut into two pieces.
  • Red potatoes - you need potatoes that are well cooked so that they are not tough. You can either take small potatoes, or simply cut large potatoes into several pieces.
  • Carrots - take a regular carrot and cut it into thin long strips.
  • Onion - simply thinly cut into rings or cubes.
  • Green pepper - cut into thin strips.

Preheat grill or oven to 200 degrees. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create 4 pieces. Prepare the vegetables: Cut the potatoes into two or four pieces (you want them to be very small so they cook at the same time as everything else). Thinly slice green peppers, onions into rings, and carrots into strips.

In a very large bowl, add potatoes, bell peppers, onion rings, carrots, chicken and minced garlic. Add olive oil and all the spices: dried basil, oregano, parsley, garlic and onion powder, dried thyme and red pepper if desired. Add salt and pepper (about half a teaspoon of salt and a quarter of pepper, but this is to your taste). Stir all ingredients together to ensure all seasonings are well mixed into the oil.

Take 4 large sheets of foil. Distribute the vegetables evenly on each piece and add a piece of chicken. Seal with foil and cook in a well-done oven for at least 25-40 minutes. You can slightly open the foil on top, or you can open it completely five minutes before the end of cooking if you want a golden crust. Open the foil carefully to avoid being burned by the steam. If desired, sprinkle finely chopped fresh parsley on top, pour in juice squeezed from lemon and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. In addition, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, and you can call everyone to the table.

Chicken fillet with bacon

Very original recipe! However, for those who are watching their figure, this recipe is unlikely to be suitable. However, we cannot ignore it.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 chicken breast fillets;
  • Bacon;
  • Grained French mustard;
  • Lemon juice;
  • Honey.

Preparation:

Raw chicken meat should be cut into long strips and lightly beaten. Then turn on the oven and let it warm up to 250 degrees. Roll the chicken fillet into rolls and wrap with strips of bacon. Mix honey with mustard and lemon juice (all in equal proportions) and rub thoroughly. Now coat the rolls with sauce and place them on a baking sheet, which we then put in the oven. As soon as they brown, our dish is ready!
