Chicken fillet - 500 gr. Onions - 1 pc. Garlic 2-3 cloves. Sour cream - 150 gr. Greens - 1 bunch. Olive or vegetable oil for frying. Salt - to taste.
Ground black pepper - to taste. We prepare: Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.
Peel the onions. Dice the onion and cut the garlic into strips. Fry the chicken fillet in heated vegetable oil. When the chicken is browned, add the onions and carrots. Salt, pepper and fry the chicken and vegetables until golden brown. Add sour cream, garlic (if the sour cream is thick, add 150-200 grams of water), mix everything and simmer the chicken fillet in sour cream for about 5 minutes. Finely chop the greens (for us it’s dill) and add to the chicken fillet in sour cream. Simmer the chicken with herbs for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Cooking method:
