  • In order to make a sandwich, you don’t need to have any special knowledge, you just need to understand the general principle. A sandwich is a closed sandwich in which a wide variety of products can be placed between slices of bread or roll - meat, vegetables, cheese, various sauces and pastes, and much more.

    Such a sandwich can even replace lunch, especially if you use hot sandwich recipes. I would like to offer several recipes for simple and tasty sandwiches at home (with photos), which are preferred in my family.

    Tuna Sandwich Recipe

    Kitchen appliances: toaster or oven.

    Ingredients

    Canned tuna150-180 g
    Toast bread4 things.
    Tomato1 PC.
    Egg1 PC.
    Mayonnaise2 tsp.
    Salttaste
    Peppertaste
    Onion70 g

    Light mayonnaise is preferable; it can be replaced with natural yogurt.

    Making a tuna sandwich

    1. Boil the egg.
    2. Mash 150-180 g of canned tuna with a fork until it forms a paste.

    3. Add a couple of teaspoons of mayonnaise to the fish. Add salt and pepper if desired. Mix thoroughly.

    4. Cut 70 g of onion into half rings.

    5. Cut a small tomato into thin slices.

    6. Cut the egg into petals.

    7. Prepare 2 pieces of toast in the toaster (you can dry the bread in the oven).

    8. Place onion rings on toast. Place tuna paste on top.

    9. Next, lay out the egg and tomato slices.

    10. Cover this splendor with the second toast and cut it in half diagonally. To prevent them from falling apart, we fasten them with a skewer or toothpick.

    Sandwich with sausages, peppers and onions

    Ingredients:

    - Italian sausages (mild) - 450 g - onions - 2 pcs. — sweet pepper (green) — 2 pcs. — bun — 4 pcs.

    Preparation:

    Place the frying pan over high heat. Pour 60 ml of water into it, add sausages. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Open the pan, increase the heat slightly and cook the sausages, turning occasionally, until they are lightly browned. Dry on a paper towel. Leave 1 tbsp in the pan. l. fat Add onion and pepper and sauté, stirring frequently, 15 minutes. Cut the sausages diagonally into pieces 1 cm thick. Place in vegetables, add 75 ml of water, simmer, stirring frequently. To serve, place sausage and vegetable mixture on buns.

    Preparing a multi-layer sandwich

    1. Cut 120 g chicken fillet into thin slices.

    2. Fry the slices in a frying pan with vegetable oil (30 g) until cooked, not forgetting to add salt.

    3. Fry 1 egg in vegetable oil (20 g).

    4. Cut half a tomato into thin slices.

    5. Cut half a cucumber into thin slices.

    6. Cut 50 g of ham into thin slices.

    7. Cut 30 g of cheese into thin slices.
    8. Toast 3 slices of bread in a dry frying pan.

    9. Mix mustard with mayonnaise - take the amount as desired, a tablespoon at a time.

    10. Spread mayonnaise-mustard dressing on a slice of bread.

    11. Lay out the lettuce leaves.

    12. The next layer is tomatoes. Place fillet pieces on the tomatoes.

    13. Next we place the scrambled eggs.

    14. Cover with a piece of bread.

    15. Spread the bread with dressing.
    16. Lay out the lettuce leaves. We put cucumbers on the salad.

    17. Cover the cucumbers with slices of ham. The next layer is cheese, carefully lay out the cheese.

    Of course, before assembling the dish, you need to prepare all the ingredients. Let's start with the sauce:

    • Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Stir the contents until the mixture is evenly colored.
    • The tomato needs to be washed and cut into several even and not too thick circles.
    • Now you need to prepare the bread. It can either be dried in a toaster or fried in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
    • Next, apply a little sauce to the top of one of the pieces and distribute evenly.
    • Lettuce leaves need to be washed, dried and placed on a greased slice.
    • Salt and pepper the chicken breast. After this, you need to cut it into two slices and fry in a frying pan until cooked;
    • Once it's ready, place it on the American sandwich on top of the salad.
    • Red onions need to be peeled, washed and cut into rings. They need to be placed on top of the fillet.

    • You need to put a little sauce on the onion and try to distribute it as evenly as possible.
    • Cover all the filling with a slice of bread. It needs to be coated with sauce.
    • Next the ham is laid out.
    • The previously chopped tomato is placed on top of it.
    • The sauce is also laid out and distributed on them.
    • Then the cheese is laid out and everything is covered with bread.
    • Now all that remains is to pierce the American sandwich with skewers so that it does not fall apart, and cut into two equal triangular sandwiches.

    Preparing a hot sandwich

    1. Pour 2 eggs into a container. Finely chop 1 g of greens and put them there. Don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the mixture.

    2. Cut 40 g tomatoes into slices. Cut fried fillet (40 g) into thin slices.
    3. Cut the cheese (you will need 40 g) as thinly as possible.
    4. Place mugs of tomatoes on a couple of slices of bread.

    5. Place pieces of fried fillet on the tomatoes.

    6. Top with slices of cheese.

    7. Cover the sandwiches with pieces of bread.

    8. Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture until thoroughly soaked.

    9. After turning on the multi-baker, wait until the green light indicates that the device is ready for use. Place the sandwiches in the multi-baker container and close the lid.

    10. In 5 minutes, the fragrant hot sandwiches are ready.

    Sandwich with roast beef, fried onions and remoulade

    Ingredients:

    - bun with poppy and sesame seeds - cream cheese - lettuce or bok choy - roast beef - remoulade sauce - fried onions

    Preparation:

    Spread both halves of bread with cream cheese. Place the lettuce on the bottom half of the bread, place the folded piece of roast beef on top, add the remoulade on top, sprinkle with the fried onions and add some more lettuce. Place the second piece of bread on top. This sandwich will replace your whole lunch!

    Ham, Bacon and Egg Sandwich Recipe

    Making a delicious ham and bacon sandwich

    1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

    2. Cut the onion into very thin rings.

    3. We also cut the tomato as thin as possible.

    4. Cut 50 g of ham into thin slices. Cut 50 g of bacon into thin, translucent ribbons.
    5. You will need 30 g of cheese - cut it very thin.
    6. Fry an egg in olive oil (20g), piercing the yolk with a fork so that it spreads and mixes with the white during frying.

    7. Fry the ham in olive oil (20 g).

    8. Lightly fry the bacon slices.

    9. Toast 2 slices of bread.

    10. Let's start assembling the sandwich. Spread a piece of bread with mayonnaise (you will need no more than a tablespoon).

    11. Place onion rings on top.

    12. Next, add the cucumber.

    13. Place a layer of bacon on top.

    14. The next layer is cheese.

    15. Place slices of ham on top of the cheese.

    16. Next is a layer of tomatoes.

    Pulled Pork Sandwich

    Ingredients:

    For pork:

    • Pork shoulder weighing 1.2 kg.
    • 4 tbsp. olive oil
    • 4 tbsp. mustard
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp. Worstshire sauce

    other ingredients:

    • 1 red onion, chopped
    • 1/4 part cabbage, chopped
    • 2 carrots, grated
    • 4 shallots, chopped
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • Buns
    • Butter

    Preparation:

    Preheat the oven to 170°C. Make shallow cuts in the pork in a grid pattern. Mix oil, mustard, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper and rub marinade over pork. Place in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 3 hours or until the meat is very tender.

    Let the meat cool slightly and then use forks to tear it into pieces. Mix onion, cabbage, carrots, shallots and lemon juice. Cut the bun in half. Spread the bottom of the bun with butter, add the pork and vegetables and cover the sandwich with the other half of the bun.

    Useful tips

    Of course, eating exclusively sandwiches is harmful, but if you don’t abuse it, then why not sometimes make such a delicious sandwich? And if you are interested in sandwich recipes, then you probably don’t neglect other types of sandwiches.

    Try making unusual and savory lavash sandwiches, or exotic avocado sandwiches. Of course, sandwiches with red caviar, red fish and cod liver are always loved.

    Sandwich with onions and tomatoes

    Ingredients:

    — bread (slices) — 8 pcs. — onions — 5 pcs. — tomato — 2 pcs. - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l. - butter - 100 g - mustard - to taste - herbs - to taste - salt.

    Preparation:

    Beat the butter. Add finely chopped onion, tomato paste and mix well. Spread the mixture onto 4 slices of bread and place the remaining slices on top. Garnish the sandwiches with herbs and tomato slices.

    Sandwich with pepper and mozzarella

    Ingredients:

    — sweet pepper (red) — 3 pcs. - olive oil - 1/3 cup - basil (chopped) - 2 cups - salt - to taste - French baguette - 1 pc. – mozzarella (balls) – 450 g.

    Preparation:

    Preheat the oven. Cut the peppers in half and place the pepper halves cut side down on the grill. Bake for 15 minutes until the skin begins to char. Turn the peppers over and bake for another 5 minutes. Place the hot pepper halves in a paper bag to make them easier to peel off the crust later. Let them sit in the bag for 10-15 minutes and then remove the skin. In a blender or food processor, puree the pulp, adding salt, olive oil and basil. Set aside a few slices of pepper without the skin to add to the sandwich later. Cut the baguette lengthwise, remove a little pulp from one and the other half. Place mozzarella slices on the bottom half and basil and pepper puree on the bottom half, connecting the two halves. You can put the reserved slices between them, it will be more beautiful. Cut the baguette into pieces.
