Products:
- 300-400 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 can of corn
- 1 large fleshy bell pepper

Cooking step by step:
Step 1
Wash and boil the chicken fillet for 20 minutes in salted water. Cool completely.

A very interesting combination of fresh cabbage and fried mushrooms, pancakes and chicken - all in one salad.
Ingredients:
- Champignons – 300 g
- Chicken – 200 g
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Chinese cabbage – 200 g
- Corn – 1 can
- Sesame
- Soy sauce
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Preparation:
- Cover the chicken with water and cook until done. Then we disassemble it into fibers, pour it with soy sauce and send it to the frying pan for a couple of minutes. Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
- Mix the eggs with a spoon of mayonnaise and beat well. Fry some pancakes. Cutting pancakes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

The classic version of the Dniester salad uses white cabbage, but we will use Beijing cabbage, it is more tender and juicy. If you use cabbage, then after cutting you need to mash it a little with your hands (as when pickling), then the salad will be tastier.
Products:
- Chinese cabbage (white cabbage) - 300-400 g
- boiled smoked sausage (Cervelat) – 300 g
- green peas - 1
- jar of mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking step by step:
- Wash and dry the cabbage. Divide the head of cabbage in half lengthwise to make shredding easier.
- Slice the cabbage quite thinly and place in a deep bowl.
- First cut the smoked sausage into circles and then into cubes. Or cut it as you wish, but it looks most beautiful when cut into strips.
- Drain the liquid from the can of green peas and pour the peas into a bowl.
- Add 3-4 table. spoons of mayonnaise and mix well
- Add salt to taste, if necessary, because cervelat and mayonnaise are already salty.

Bright, juicy and satisfying. It is good to prepare not only on weekdays, but also for the holiday table.
A light dressing without mayonnaise, with delicate yogurt and mustard gives it unique tenderness and the ability to use it as a salad in your diet.
Products
- 400 g Chinese cabbage
- 300 g crab sticks (or crab meat)
- 150 g frozen green peas
- 1 yellow juicy bell pepper
- 1 red onion
Refueling:
- 4 table. spoons of full-fat yogurt 8-10% or low-fat sour cream 10-15%
- 2 table. spoons of French mustard

You need to boil salted water in a saucepan and add frozen peas to it.

- Beijing cabbage – 500 g
- Chicken fillet (smoked) – 150 g
- Corn (canned) – 150 g
- Cucumber (fresh) – 1 pc.
- Crackers - to taste
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoons
- Olive oil – 3 – 4 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, pepper, dry herbs - to taste
- Dill greens
Recipe:
1. Let's start by making homemade crackers. If you don’t have time for this, you can replace them with store-bought ones, the ones that you like best and suit your taste.
For crackers, you can take either white or gray bread, or just a loaf.
Cut the bread into small cubes and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
Mix olive or sunflower oil (1.5-2 tablespoons) with salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
Place the croutons in a bowl with the butter and mix well so that all the croutons get their share of butter. By the way, it’s delicious to add your favorite herbs, French or Italian, to the oil for flavor.
