2. Chop the onion into cubes, cut the carrots into large pieces or grate.

3. Cut the potatoes into large slices, chop the dill.

4. Pour oil into the frying pan and let it heat up. Add the chicken and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. This will take approximately 15 minutes.

5. Add vegetables to the meat and fry them for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomato paste with mayonnaise. Stir.

6. Add potato slices, salt it, sprinkle with seasonings. Add water or broth so that the liquid takes up half the volume of the pan. Stir everything and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 20 minutes covered.

7. A couple of minutes before cooking, add garlic and chopped dill to the dish, passed through a press. You can sprinkle with more parsley or cilantro if desired.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the bird into pieces (you should get about 8-9 pieces). Place them in a bowl and rinse with running water. If desired (to reduce calorie content), remove the skin.
  2. Prepare the marinade: salt the mayonnaise, add spices. Rub the chicken pieces with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate for an hour.
  3. At this time, let's take care of the potatoes. We clean it in quarters and fry it in a frying pan until lightly crusted.
  4. Combine the marinated meat with potatoes, pepper and salt if necessary.
