How to make banana pudding
- Bananas - 2 large fruits
- Medium fat milk - 500 milliliters
- White sugar - 65-70 grams
- Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken eggs - 2 yolks (without whites)
- Starch - 2 level teaspoons
- Vanillin or vanilla sugar - to taste

In the meantime, we prepare the forms for serving the dessert - put the base in the bowls: a layer of cookies (choose not very dense cookies, we need them to be well soaked).

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas;
- a pinch of ground cinnamon;
- 100 g natural yogurt;
- sugar substitute (adjust the amount to taste).
How to cook:
Cut the bananas into large cubes and place them in the freezer for several hours until completely frozen. When the banana pieces are frozen, take them out of the freezer and put them in a blender. We also send cinnamon and yogurt there. At this point you can add a flavoring filler that you prefer: peanut butter, nuts, cognac.
If you are using liquid ingredients (for example, cognac), add them a little at a time so that the overall consistency of the ice cream does not lose its shape.
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and delicious homemade ice cream is ready!
