The technology for preparing this dish is similar to baking pancakes, but the result is somewhat different. The green onion and egg filling makes them look like real pies.

Ingredients:

Potato pies with mushrooms

You will need: 1 kg of potatoes, 100 g of dry mushrooms, 2 eggs and onions, 0.5 cups of crushed crackers, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil.

How to make pies with mushrooms from potato dough. Peel the potatoes and boil until tender in salted water, then let cool and puree in a blender or grind in a meat grinder. Wash and boil dry mushrooms, chop finely and fry in oil, mix with fried onions, pepper and salt.

We will need:

  • glass of water;
  • potatoes - 700 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • teaspoon salt;
  • flour as much as the dough will take.

How to cook:

  1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Drain the potatoes, leaving a little potato broth. Now you need to crush it and mix it with onions. The filling will be tastier if you add a piece of butter.
  4. Knead unleavened dough from salted water and flour. It should remain elastic, but not stick to your hands. Wrap it in film and let it rest for about half an hour in the cold.
  5. We cut the rested dough into 5 parts, each of which needs to be rolled out into a thin cake.
  6. Lubricate them with the filling in a layer 5 mm thick. Level it well and roll it into a roll. We pinch the edges. Cut into pieces 2 to 3 cm thick. Roll the cuts in flour.
  7. Fry until golden brown on each side.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large wafer sheets, 2 of them for forming pies, the rest for breading;
  • bulb;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 chicken breast weighing approximately 300 g;
  • Art. spoon of mayonnaise;
  • 80 g grated hard cheese;
  • three eggs, one will go into minced meat, and from 2 we will make batter;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of chopped parsley.

Don't forget to salt and pepper the minced meat and prepare vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook:

  1. Grind through a meat grinder or using a food processor the chicken meat, garlic, onion with the addition of eggs and mayonnaise.
  2. Add cheese, herbs to the minced meat and season with spices. Mix well.
  3. Grease the waffle sheet with the resulting minced meat, cover with a second sheet and let stand for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, turn the remaining sheets into crumbs.
  5. Prepare batter from beaten eggs.
  6. Cut the cakes into squares or triangles. Dip in egg and roll in waffle crumbs.
  7. Fry over low heat on both sides until golden brown.

On kefir

Outwardly, they resemble cutlets, but in composition they are real pies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups each of kefir and flour;
  • 0.5 teaspoons each of salt, soda and sugar;
  • 2 onions;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • 0.5 kg of ready-made minced meat, you can make it yourself.

How to cook:

  1. Lightly heat the kefir; it should be warm, but not hot.
  2. Add soda, sugar and salt, mix and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, constantly stirring the dough. It shouldn't be too thick.
  4. For minced meat, chop the onion and garlic; you can grind them in a meat grinder. If desired, add chopped herbs.
  5. Mix the minced meat and dough. Place future pies with a spoon in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Lazy pies with eggs and green onions

Ingredients:

  • Sour cream 20% – 200 gr.

  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt.

How to cook:

  1. Finely chop the fish and onion; it needs to be chopped additionally.

  4. Cut the baguette into pieces about 5 cm thick.
