  • marinara sauce - 4 tbsp. l
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l
  • milk - 200 ml
  • oregano, salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Place the frying pan on medium heat, no need to pour oil, put the minced meat in it, add salt, pepper and oregano. Squeeze a clove of garlic there and fry it all, stirring constantly so as not to burn.

Now melt a piece of butter in another frying pan, add one tablespoon of flour there and pour in the milk. Bring to a thickened consistency and remove from heat to the side.

Cook the pasta until cooked, drain the water, beat in two eggs and mix.

Next, we begin to form the dish. And to do this, we take a deep heat-resistant bowl, maybe a baking sheet, and lay out the first layer of pasta and eggs. Then add marinara sauce, which must be mixed. On top we spread the minced meat, 1/2 of the cheese grated on a coarse grater, a mixture of flour and milk, and the remaining cheese.

  1. Heat the minced meat in a frying pan over high heat, constantly kneading and stirring until golden brown.

  3. I add carrots and onions to the fried minced meat. Mix well and fry for about ten minutes over high heat.
  4. After this, I reduce the heat, add tomatoes, peppers, garlic squeezed through a press and tomato paste to the minced meat. I mix everything thoroughly and simmer under a closed lid over medium heat for about ten minutes.
  5. Add salt and dry spices. Simmer the minced meat with vegetables for about five more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Place the spaghetti in boiling (salted) water and cook according to the instructions on the package. I drain the spaghetti in a colander.

I put the hot spaghetti on a wide dish, and on top of it, in the center, I place the minced meat and vegetables. You can serve the treat this way: mix spaghetti with vegetables and minced meat.
