They are ready for one or two. All you need to do is crumble the ingredients and pour in a delicious sweet and sour dressing. Children can be pampered with a sauce based on condensed milk. Adults will prefer yoghurt or sour cream, maybe even flavored with a spoonful of cognac or liqueur. But both will enjoy a delicious scoop of ice cream neatly placed on top of a fruit salad.

By the way, it is not necessary to season such desserts with products containing milk. Honey, a couple of spoons of natural juice, liquid syrup from jam, and even just a sprinkling of powdered sugar, which will eliminate the slight sourness, are also quite suitable.

It is also worth noting that fruit salads tend to not adhere to strict proportions and types of ingredients. They can easily be replaced, excluded or supplemented as desired. It will still turn out very tasty.

Even as a child, my mother and grandmother tried to prepare more vitamin-rich food for my brothers and me. Especially in the summer heat, we were glad not to have hot soups, but to have cool salads made from seasonal fruits.

There were enough first berries, apples and juicy nectarines for everyone, thanks to salads, and no one fought for the right to be the first to eat them. Lovingly chopped fruits, sprinkled with nuts or seeds, and topped with cool sour cream and sugar seemed tastier than any dessert.

In fact, any fruit slice can be called classic. The main thing is that the tastes are in harmony. Those. There were as many slightly sour components as there were sweet ones.

1. Grind the cottage cheese with vanilla sugar or beat in a blender, adding half the yogurt.

If you prepare more of this salad, you can roll it into jars and leave it for the winter, and then treat it to guests or family at any time.

1.5 kg of white cabbage and carrots, 1 kg of onions and bell peppers, 2 packets of ready-made Korean carrot seasoning, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 chili pepper, 1 tsp.
ground black pepper, 1 glass of sunflower oil, 1 glass of 9 percent vinegar, 2-3 tbsp. l. regular table salt, 6 tbsp. l. Sahara. Preparation:

Grate the carrots using a Korean carrot grater, mix with thinly sliced ​​peppers and shredded cabbage, cut the onion into half rings and fry in oil, pass the garlic through a press. Fruit and berry tropical salad with spinach and cottage cheese

Last season, during a trip to India, I had the opportunity to enjoy a very interesting salad of mango and strawberries, which were complemented by local unleavened paneer cheese and... spinach leaves! The combination, I tell you, is very original! Arriving home, we wanted to repeat this taste, but we replaced the cheese with homemade cottage cheese and added some berries for variety.
