Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 0.5 kg;
- Potatoes - 1 kg;
- Onion - 1 pc.;
- Salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- Seasoning for meat - 1 tbsp;
- Soy sauce - 50 ml;
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
- Sleeve for baking.
Step-by-step recipe with photos
To prepare pork ribs with potatoes in the sleeve, prepare the ingredients according to the list of ingredients for the recipe.
Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
